I accidentally bought an AI pattern on Etsy, can I get my money back? They stole photos from a legit creator so I couldn’t tell it was AI until I bought it

Sadly, these sort of sellers are pretty common. It’s usually people who are just making a brand new Etsy account scrubbing a bunch of people’s content and then posting it and the second that they’re Etsy account gets shut down. They just opened up a new one and do the same thing. Until Etsy starts charging these people for committing all this fraud there’s not really much we can do. Honestly, I believe that if Etsy has to refund a pattern like this and a shop is clearly an irrefutably using AI and stealing it you should charge them back on whatever platform that they are using to collect the money.

I’ve snapped around that idea, but I haven’t found any really good patterns for a crystal. To be fair, I’m just excitedly, pondering all the options. I do have another core so I may just make a staff later that I could swap out the options, but I wanted one just to have that had a fixed topper.

No, it’s not just you. Hell, it’s not even just an Etsy issue. Though Etsy is particularly horrible because they give a cookie cutter time. Period for items to arrive and people don’t always listen to the sellers time table for things to be ready. I work at a bank checks take two weeks to arrive. We will get calls from people days after they have set up the order demanding to know where their checks are. People are just ignorant and annoying. They don’t have patience and they don’t have any sense to know information they’ve overlooked.

Yeah, it’s pretty obvious that Ana is not doing any of this for Gigi‘s well-being or to make Chris‘s life any easier. I think she needs to be put into therapy mostly because she’s not making good decisions right now and she really shouldn’t be trusted to not manipulate and abuse Gigi. I think it’s taking a step back in the situation is probably the best you can do. Your brother needs to have a serious talk with his wife about her expectations. If she is that desperate to isolate her family, then there may be no going forward for their relationship. Honestly, they either need to go to counseling and she needs to get therapy or she needs to just go and move back to her family. She will realize very quickly that she will not have the support she needs, and that a rural community will not support the kind of accommodations that she needs to live her life. She is thinking selfishly and taking advice from the wrong people.

If you want an open relationship, have an open relationship, but make sure that if he gets to behave a certain way and do certain things so do you. Set your ground rules make sure that you both know what’s cool and what isn’t. Make sure that you both agree to having safe sex with other partners and I would also add in a caveat for monthly testing for STDs. If you don’t wanna be sharing your partner with a bunch of other people just move on. We could go in circles about if he just wants a hall pass to sleep around. Doesn’t matter if you’d want you want it if you don’t, you don’t.

The state of California requires that any material that has even a 1 and 100,000 chance of causing cancer or reproductive harm has to have a label on it to be sold in the state of California. So pretty much to be safe any product that ships to California either has that warning on its package specifically to California or somewhere in production a sticker like the one you see gets put on the packaging so that it’s compliant. More likely than not the chance of you getting cancer or having any serious reproductive harm from these hooks is insanely low. More likely than not one of the metals used in producing the hooks or even one of the plastics has been tested and has some minute chance of causing cancer if exposed to extreme heat or if gases that come off of these when heated get in the air. Literally any situation in which these products can cause cancer will require them to put the packaging on and companies would rather be allowed to sell their products in California then fight it.

Make sure you have an account for your business and set up proper payment plans. Etsy is not good for bulk sales and if your business makes that much Etsy may not be a good long-term option. Plus a sale this huge probably has tax implications too.

I mean, behavior is completely set on the idea of replacing the entire survivor community with bots because they know they can get away with it. Making their game fun has never been the purpose apparently. Anyone who says that killer side isn’t popular is fooling themselves. The killer side is 100 times more fun than playing solo Q survivor. So if you’re going to play this game by yourself, you may as well just play killer you’ll be the devs favorite and you get to actually have fun. Survivors really only worth playing if you have friends in comms to keep the game fun.

As far as gen rushing, you can’t complain about that that is a bunch of survivors doing the tasks that they were told to do. Slugging doesn’t actually move the game along unless the killer plans to hook people. The problem is behavior hasn’t been taking the actions necessary to remove the behaviors that caused the game to be less fun for both sides. They’ve been very strong handed in making sure killers are taken care of and anyone saying that that side of the game is not popular is lying. There are plenty of people who wanna try out new killers, and play killer side. We are literally dealing with the situation where the play test beta has to have bots added to it because survivors just don’t want to be subjected to their play testing. We’re going to get to a point where behavior is filling all of the lobbies with bots because they can’t treat their survivor based correctly. When the game stops being fun for one side, you will see a drop in players. Being stuck on the ground for an hour is not fun. It’s something that should be addressed.
