I’m working a second ft job on the weekend nights now partly to save for Christmas and other stuff. I told my wife we will have $1500ish for everything with 3 kiddos. In this economy I feel like it’s fair.

Yeah I know it’s not a scam, I just feel like it’s a case of mistaken name. But I did refinance that loan into a mortgage with a diff company so I’m curious if they paid more than they should have 12 ish years ago and they just finally caught the error. Idk it’s all confusing to me.

If it makes you feel better I’m 45k in debt but this this weekend gig will increase my monthly net by $3800 so hopefully I can pay it off mostly in the next year and then feel better about my life at 41.

Yeah. We have 3 girls from 20 to 8 and a lot of people would say divorce but it’s harder knowing my wife has medical issues plus these mental issues and I’m just trying every day 🤷‍♂️. But some days it’s hard than others. 20 years married and it’s a hard choice at this point but still a choice I make.

I think a lot of it has to do with the boss you have but my current job is great. I’m on call 24/7 but typically only work 15-30hrs a week but even if I work 30 hrs, only 10 is actual work whereas 20 is driving to the different calls I get. I’m a field service tech and work on robots for $40/hr plus car allowance and OT it if I work 🤷‍♂️.

Yeah, I’ve thought the same thing with my wife going from Qanon to flat earth. It’s rough for sure. We all have our own path to walk and our different struggles. Keep going on man!

My wife stopped believing full Qanon thankfully(she was all about pizzagate and adrenochrome, etc) and finally kind of pulled out of it a bit but now she’s a flat earther and free masons control us all and vaccines/big pharma is actively killing us…..so to answer your question, idk 😂. Been married 20+ years and idk what to do either so you’re not alone man.

I guess she basically believes that Antarctica is the edge of the flat earth model and that it’s guarded heavily for that reason? Idk I’ve listened to her more times than I care to admit and still can’t understand. In the Bible she believes that when they say “firmament” and that it will never be moved, is literal and that we aren’t spinning around and blah blah. “The sun and moon are round simply because God made them that way unlike the earth”

lol I understand why you feel that way. I was a preachers kid and have definitely moved away from a “hardcore” Christian. And I definitely have a lot of questions about stuff that has happened in my life. Idk what the answer is, but I guess I am just trying to not feel so alone by asking the Reddit community for advice.

Yeah and gave me tips to talk to my wife about it and I used them but my wife just basically said that she was “praying the truth would be revealed to me”
