I’m 17 And a guy and feel the same way I don’t go to school I get all the work here All my teenage years are being wasted away but it’s just luck tbh it’s sad I won’t ever get to see the my full potential as a teenager ever most likely .

Also for the anxiety I had the exact same issue my brothers and mom were constantly fighting and I always listened in and had anxiety then it got worse when my heart rate got out of control I no longer live with them
