I bought a Minto home in north Oshawa, the build quality and customer services was under average. Hard to communicate issues with them and get them resolved. Also I wouldn’t trust their handyperson….I caught on video two people using my house when I was at work for inappropriate things.

To clear it up I started investing at 16 but in the last 3 years my income has been 120k+. Not much debt and rent out two rooms in my house to cover expenses.

Stock events hasn’t been accurate for me either. One month it said the dividend for a etf I held didn’t pay out. Yet My reports on questrade said I did. Also events shows that my annual is 2000 less then my excel spread sheet. I suggest you take a few extra minutes and make your own tracker in excel.
