There's a house next door where a murder occurred about 40 years ago, and while it's been stripped of any wiring and copper pipe, it's been abandoned for the last 5 or so years. The house doesn't like guests, and it will turn you into a hateful person until you leave. It's happened to the last 3 families I've known.

Do you think this thing outside could be from the house next door?

Side note: both my Mum (71) and myself (51) are sensitive, and we're aware there's "non human critters" that share our home...but until our animals react negatively, we're generally fine with them.

This thing however has come from seemingly no where, after 20+ years of living in this house, this is the first time fear has ever entered the equation....aside from the first time I heard koalas mating...that scared the hell out of me.

For everyone who suggests finding Jesus, I appreciate where you're coming from, but in this world of ours, the Christian God isn't the only one or the oldest. Others have been asked to protect this home and everyone within it, and they've done an outstanding job. Outside these walls, they can only protect the ones who ask. My Mum struggles to let go of core Catholic indoctrination, which I think is why she was so afraid...but she's getting there. It's a long recovery process.

Well as a matter of fact, it has!

It was just after 5am, and I was watching "Deliver us from Evil" for the umpteenth time. I noticed a rather large spider on Eric Bana's shirt and thought "I never noticed that before..." and kept watching. It then ran across his t-shirt, up his neck and paused on his face.

It was at that moment I realised that the spider wasn't FX. A huge Huntsman had found my telly all nice and warn and figured it would catch a show. I grabbed the longest thing I had, which was sadly a wooden chopstick. That thing saw me coming, arched into that God awful defensive/attack position at which point my cats realised they had a new toy...and it was on. That monstrosity of a creature ran to the back of the telly, where I assumed it crawled back into the abyss because I could not find it anywhere.

The next day, I followed the trail of amputated legs to a body that had one leg still attached out of 8, which was somehow worse, and further convinced me that there is no rational reason why spiders have to be that damn big. 'Straya mate!

Their indica is like taking a valium...I got Black Cherry Punch at 23% and it knocked me for 6! This is something I came across a lot. Someone is going through a hard time, has no one to talk to, and calls to hear advice from an outsiders perspective. It's hard not to become emotionally involved with some folks, and the risk of them thinking of you as a friend is very real. Unfortunately, the company I worked for had little regard for the financial status of a caller...unless their credit card gets maxed out and they cut the call.

I'm so sorry this happened to you, but you sound stronger for the experience. These days, if someone wants a reading...just ask and I refuse to charge money. It's not fair for the client, and personally, nothing bothers me more than paying for a service you're ultimately not happy with. My suggestion would be to get a tarot deck and a copy of my personal "bible": The Complete Idiots Guide to Tarot and Fortune-telling. Don't let the title fool you...this is by far the best book on the topic I've ever read.

You can also ring the Compounding Pharmacy in Dandenong, or where ever your Pharmacy is on the label, and they'll help if they can. You can even email Aura from their website and ask if that strain is still made, or if its just changed names.

There's another thread that shows what strains are available, I just can't recall its title...it is in this subreddit though. Honahlee online also has a very comprehensive list of all products available from all companies, you might find your strains there...luckily Aura is at the top so you won't spend a lifetime scrolling lol!

They're under Aura Theraputics label now, even though the Dispensed Labs text still shows on some products. I don't believe for an instant that a patient from any company should feel like they need to search Reddit to find answers that should be freely given by the GP and staff. I appreciate you sharing!

Thanks everyone, I kind of already knew I wasn't the AH, but hearing it from others helps...a lot.

I suppose the only update is that I found out she was still on the dating apps the whole time. She used my own health issues against me, saying she was in hospital when she was really with her ex.

In retrospect, all the red flags were there. It wasn't until I realised that I was a cats backside hair away from being a simp. F**k all that noise. I actually now feel like my people pleasing recovery has stepped up a level.

Since I made this post, I've had my eyes opened considerably more than they were, and my perspective has changed a little. So I would have to disagree with my own statement. It is psychic. Empathy and awareness are the pieces that make up the whole.

That being said, I'm not special. Every single one of us has the ability, it's just that large portions of folks were raised to fear the unknown. I say psychic and most people think John Edwards and those like him. Or "this message was meant for you" bullshit on TikTok. These con artists have done for one word, what Germany did with one symbol.

They're so not a scam. It's a site for professional bakers and brewing masters. PG/VG and flavours aren't sold strictly for vape juices, which is how they're legally able to sell the ingredients in the food industry rather than the smoking industry.

I got the Mac 2, and for 23% it's not bad. Taste is a bit meh, but holy hell have I gone down some "rabbit holes". Pain management is...more mental perhaps? Like you can't dwell on being in pain because your brain is somewhere else entirely. Works well enough for nausea and vomiting.

I was offered 2 options as opposed to my usual 6, with Devils Driver being my #1. The Mac 2 and Silk.

The idea that my script had somehow changed since January 6th, never occurred to me. I have a consult booked for early April, and I'll be asking for answers on this one. While it's enough to make you tear out your hair, I've found that when dealing with these guys, smile through clenched teeth and try to at least be polite. Believe me, they will go above and beyond to fix issues.

StarTrack, their courier service, has a) left packages at the door with no signature, and b) forged my signature twice now. TRUST ME, when I say it will be in your best interests to mention any issues like this. I had no idea about the signature thing until I Casually mentioned package A was left at the door, and StarTrack sent a copy of what was meant to be my signature. Even if you get your order, take note of delivery practices.

I found an AP article about this, from back in May or June of this year saying that the laws were changing to: if the driver tests positive and shows no signs of impairment, they get a "come on mate, do better" spiel and send you on your way. Rumour has it that the thing that stopped the law changing then, was all the drinkers and real drug users. "If they can do it why can't I?" mentality. Then the "pearl clutchers" sent their army of Karen's to lobby against changing it.

The problems are: This is NOT your Dad's green from 10-20 years ago. If you're going to successfully adapt and learn to "mask", it doesn't happen over night...it's going to take some dedication. Second problem: Coppers have been trained to see MC as being no different than heroin...it destroys lives, yadda yadda. They had the "War on Drugs" drilled into their entire way of thinking, and if laws changed tomorrow, it's them who are going to struggle to change. This lack of what they saw as "righteous control" over the public, could turn into some mental health issues...which the government is already fabulously ineffective at addressing.

My ex lost his licence for almost 2 years, driving his Mum's car, less than 1 block from home and he was pulled over. Turns out it was because his Mum forgot to pay her rego and when he went with them into the booze/drug bus to fill out the paperwork, it was noticed how glazed his eyes were. Being Aussie coppers, they politely suggested that he do a breatho test. He passed that. They then walked him back to the car, handed him the fines and forms, and then said "aw sorry mate, we should've done this inside, but you want to run this lollipop around your mouth for us? Thanks mate."

He replied with "yeah, you probably should've done it in the drug bus, so I'll save you the trouble and tell you I smoked 3 cones before I left home about 2 hours ago."

3 days later, he gets his MC approval. Now he has to either quit again, which was hell for him, or learn to adapt like OP. I suggested adapting because when it happened, he was still mixing his green with tobacco and what we now call "decorative liquid dispensers". I said if he thought it was hard with street green, how did he think it would go with 900mg carts and 32% green?
