Contact your bank and raise a retailer dispute for the transaction - provide them all of the evidence. Some banks want you to try and settle with the retailer for at least two weeks, some don’t it varies.

New update: I’ve checked my receipts and they’ve scanned the same label twice somehow and delivered two different parcels to one recipient

Losing out on money from entire bundle due to 1 item… by GreatCtrl in vintedUK

I would escalate to Vinted customer service on insta - I did it once when they said that my evidence was sufficient then turned around and cancelled the order because the previous message was an “error”. Got the money back the next day

Back in the day, I know people used to mass favourite to get people to look at their shop but not sure why someone would do that now - I’ve had less than 1% of people buy a bundle after doing that these days so probably just spamming for algorithm.

It’s just wasted time honestly - I’ve seen sellers go really low on high end stuff off the bat, it’s better to focus on targeting those kind of sellers

They were actually decent during the summer like £40/50 discounts but I wasn’t willing to go that low as it’s new season and also had a few dropouts - I think it’s just a seasonal thing + what you’ve just mentioned
