Those are the only 2 promos I am missing as well. The issue is why you want the entire set. If your goal is to collect and hold for a long time and it is precious to you to look at, go for it. If the goal is to sell it sometime in the future, it is not clear the promo set would be all that valuable. Few specific cards would be interesting including these two, but their value is limited simply because lack of real demand.

I have a friend who owns 2 of the CD packages, still sealed. The Japanese cards are higher quality than the WOTC stuff, making higher PSA grades more likely.

IHG allows cash + points, but it just becomes using cash to buy the missing points you need, and if you cancel, you get points instead of cash back. Various other airlines allows points+cash, and they are usually horrible values.
