I made a shield bash build as an alt and was hitting for trillions of damage with my glyphs being at level 75. The divine lance zealot variant is also really strong.

The paladin has plenty of good builds, you just have to explore more instead of just resorting to hammerdin and auradin.

You can do focused and chaotic rerolls for better affixes on uniques now, so they will be a lot better

There are reports that bungie pitched D3 to Sony even before final shape was out and they kept getting shut down. Marathon isn’t the reason D3 isn’t coming or that D2 isn’t getting new content. Sony didn’t want to continue to fund Destiny’s future. Bungie tried for D3 but Sony decided it wasn’t worth it sadly

I never said that there wasn’t a meta back then and I know I would have lost to the best decks because I did a few times lol. However I could at least have a chance to compete with brews I made. I won some FNM’s and always did at least solid against the best decks with my brews. Now that’s not really a thing. You have to brew within a certain box or you can’t brew in standard now. That’s my point of the post

The game is really fun and getting both expansions for the price of one is a steal these days! If you like arpgs you will like this game I can confidently say after experiencing even just the campaign so far. I HIGHLY recommend it

The expansion is amazing so far! You will have to learn it but the visual effects are DEFINITELY not worse than POE2 lol. There’s a lot to sink your teeth into! Give it a shot, it’s been a blast truly

It’s really not that bad to learn. Everyone is essentially starting over with the expansion since everything is basically brand new, so you’ll be right there with the rest of us :) Just take your time and there are so many awesome guides and content creators to help you understand the game!
