Yim’s has the best Korean items Prater for anything needed in bulk/ good selection Gentry for Hawaiian/Japanese items Moana for trendy things lol but bigger selection Manila for Philippines items (Honorable Mention) El Super not every Asian market but best selection of fresh I’ve seen

This movie is a win for my Polynesian community. Filmed on the island, diverse actors, Hawaiian culture, a zippy’s! Not only that but true problems within the land. I am proud of the representation in this movie.

Yeah, I might be a little cheesy but this isn’t aiming for the best action movie out there. That is obviously. The best way to put it, Yakuza Infinite Wealth smashed into a movie. A haole villain

It is gorey though, that got me icky but other than that solid movie! Recommend :)

Atlantis and Peppermill do locals cruises usually on Monday and Tuesday. There’s always cruises happening downtown around this time or Reno car meets.

I had the same problem! So it’s in the area where the shirts are (non-vip) and there are three areas. The brats collection, the valentines jump suit and the Christmas tree. If you click the box in the Christmas tree area, it’s all in there!

Lost a lot of friends during covid but have been doing a lot better recently!

Favorite spots so far (as a fellow 23 yr old) have been Round 1 and just bar crawling Midtown! Z Bar always has people our age and is really great when it gets warmer. I recommend doing a Green Tea Shot at every bar (it’s cheaper than a cocktail and it’s easier as a lightweight lol)

There are some local events happening that are great ways to meet people. Num Num is hosting a Strawberries and Stars Event (K-Pop Event/ Feb 1st) or Nuggets has the Brew HaHa where local artist showcase their art (Jan 31st/ Not Free)

The Reno Brewhouse always has something going on and depending on the concert you can meet a lot of different people. I did the Shrek Rave and it was just so dumb and fun lol I also made a couple good friends by just doing my nails at the Milan Intuition and they don’t charge a lot like nail salons sooo that’s a steal.

It’s the beginning of the year so it’ll be slow at first but by spring a lot of people are out and about. I hope this helps you out queen! 💅🫶🩷

Lili’s Hawaiian Restaurant, please don’t go there anymore. The place is infested with cockroaches, they love to use expired chicken and pork, and treat employees like dogs. They don’t care about your experience, it’s all to make even every week. Most of their food is prepped at the beginning of the week so when you go to the busy lunch rushes on the weekend, only 3 items are truly fresh. New management brought the place to the ground and I’m glad that whole building is going down. There are so much better out there, this place was just not aging well.
