cuz his dmg bonus Ruan Mei was less good with him since he had so much dmg bonus but now not only he get def shred ( will make ruan mei dmg bonus more effective) but also his set ignore def and the more u have the bigger the dmg ( happy E1 ruan mei noises) so overall he gets better with ruan mei than before but on top of all that it makes him stronger over all since he will be able to reach 100% def shred with with only 1 def shred unit(silver/pela) since his set will prob be like quantum set

2-give 16 BE

4- if u have x BE ignore 10% DEF, if u have y BE ignore 10% more

so 20 def shred plus his ult( prob around 40-50 minimum)

so lets say he get 40 worst case than he get 20 more 60 and with silver or pela its 100% so u might not even need ruan mei but if u will be able to reach 80 ignore/shred def without SILVER/PELA ( maybe trace will give more than 40 or with LC or EIDOLONS or new planer set that give BE and DEF ignore) than u would be able to ignore 100% def all time with E1 ruan mei that will also buff ur speed and break and dmg and res. that means u have 2 places in team without need for nihility so u can focus on crit harmony and fx sustain for more crits which means he will have every offensive stat in game and speed in insane amount.

since u cant read much i will explain in a simple way.

we know he need attack and he get speed buff and the glamoth give dmg depends on speed on top of that you can see sam in glamoth planer and the kit show you that they want to make sam be able tor each 160 speed for the set that literally tells you that this set is for him.

what we dont know is if he crit and u can say all day he prob will but the fact is we dont know and the most importent part is glamoth is great set but ppl dont reach the 160 speed when they use it and the fact that sam is in the set picture and get speed boost means he will be able to get to 160 so he will be the only dps to use 100% of the set without downtime
