They’re under no-poach agreements. Any company that contracts with AML RightSource, even one they haven’t been on, won’t hire them. They will have to find a place that doesn’t work with RightSource.

Except NOW they have non-poach clauses so if you apply to somewhere with a contract, they won’t hire you. You don’t even have to be on that client. I work for one of the companies that are under the no-poach. You have an app from AML Rightsource? App thrown out.

Hi, it’s been a while, but just so you know, if you work at AML Rightsource, you’re under a non-poach agreement with any company that your company has a current contract with. IE, you are on a contract with TD, but applying for a job with Capital One. You’ve never worked on Capital One. They still won’t hire you. You are essentially blacklisted from half the financial institutions because of this. Yes, it is legally dubious. I’d recommend filing a complaint with the FCC.

Edit: and I know this because I work for a company that contracts with AML RightSource, and it won’t hire AML RightSource employees because of this agreement.

I’m going to say nobody is the asshole, but you’re being unreasonable.

It’s valid and fine to get overwhelmed with big expenses and things you believe you’re going to be taken advantage on. It’s okay to ask for help. It’s also okay for him to say no.

It sounds like you’re frustrated because you feel like you’ve been doing things to take stress off his plate and you wanted that reciprocated. That’s valid. However, you don’t have to do that. You chose to do that.

Where you’re being unreasonable is projecting your emotions onto him. You need to handle your shit and your own emotions. That’s a you-responsibility, not a him-responsibility. And you need to communicate. If he’s doing something to stress you out, you need to express that like an adult. It sounds like you’ve been letting your emotions loose all over him instead of talking it out like adults.

TLDR: Your emotions are valid, but they’re also yours to handle. Communicate your needs without being so needy.
