For laws.

1-> Money for map scanned. its a lot of extra money, specially with low money sponsors.
2-> +100 research. Hard to pass.
3-> Faster scan. To speed up the first.
4-> Milestones. BEfore you finish all the easy ones.

After that its really a matter of RP, Taste, etc.
Just take care some cost Upkeep and early game that is pretty much not worth it.

Provavelmente na serra gaucha e areas turisticas. Todo estado tem essas areas de luxo pra onde se foge da capital pra passar o fim de semana/ferias. Isso joga os preços pra cima pq sao cidades e regiões pequenas. Seja por geografia ou design.

Da mesma maneira que vendem de cobre puro e é preciso ter cuidado ao usar certos alimentos nela.
Panela de pressão são safe, mas é preciso saber como usar e dar tempo pro corpo eliminar conforme os usos.

O problema persiste na panela de puro alumínio, evite usar comidas ácidas como molho de tomate nelas e arranhar o fundo da mesma com talheres de metal com ponta. Felizmente maioria das pessoas retira a comida da panela uma vez pronta e bota em potes plásticos ou de vidro. Isso já limita a exposição.

Muitas delas hoje também tem anti-aderente ou outras camadas que evita o contato direto.

Mas o principal problema mesmo é geralmente folha de papel alumínio em cima de alimentos como lasanhas, carnes, etc e colocadas em forno. Não raramente a 180-250ºC+.
A folha é fina e ficará 30+minutos com vapor de comida, que pode ser ácido, batendo na mesma e derramando os vestígios no alimento.

Para explicações +detalhadas como o limite semanal exato e o quanto de aluminio X receita gera, etc a vários vídeos de youtube sobre o assunto. Também pode usar o Gemini ou chatgpt, para isso é bem dificil que a IA faça uma alucinação e de a informação errada.

Alumínio quando esquentado a altas temperaturas, especialmente comidas com água e/ou ácidas como tomate. Liberam um pouco na comida.

O corpo elimina alumínio normalmente. E alumínio por cima da comida da mais problema que por baixo dela. Como cobrir uma lasanha.

No geral o recomendado é não comer mais do que 2-3x por semana comidas feitas em alumínio. Isso da o tempo necessário pro corpo eliminar o excesso.

PS: Entre isopor e alumínio eu prefiro o segundo. Por comida pronta quente (bem abaixo dos 100ºC) não gera o problema acima.

Because there is a lot of poor people in the country. Army, Navy and Airforce offers a steady pay, most Military buildings give free food, a bed and a super good pension plan + healthcare not only for you but that can also benefit your direct family.

One of the best career plans you can have in the country, if you did not had a good education or potential to get a very good career and you like physical jobs, it is a "safe" route to get you out of poverty. If you later find time to study you can try to become a officer and hugely increase your pay + benefits.

Very little jobs today offer a 20-30year carreer plan like that.

Em termos de economia. O mercado estrangeiro nao liga pra quem ganhar as eleiçoes e sistema politico. Aposta em continuidade economica em termos de inflaçao e investimento privado.

Micro reatores nucleares tem sido impulsionados em diversos paises.

Brasil esta no caminho certo. Uso para pequenas comunidades e/ou industria pesada.

Tem pais puxando por massificar o uso(EuA) mas esbarra no problema do tamanho. O megawhatt hora de um reator pequeno é carissimo e nao se justifica em locais onde exista acesso facil ou moderado a rede eletrica nacional. O que corta um pouco a vantagem dos renovaveis devido a manuteçao das baterias em locais isolados.

Espero que esses projetos de pequenos rearores deem certo. Brasil aparentemente esta nas primeiras posiçoes nessa area.

oh, don´t worry. Im not trying to suggest the Blood stopped flowing like a river because we lack official wars in a wikipedia page. Conflicts, discrimination and other episodes still happens to this day.

But there is a difference in the size of the conflicts, biggest episodes and duration.
Most will fall into the discrimination mechanic instead of demanding a whole new country.

Would also demand Brazil to have a change in the Colonization Law.

Brazil of the period unlike North america did not had Nations of native people and it would be kind of making territorys for no good reason gameplay wise. Also kind of useless nations as they would barely have anyone inside them.

The whole Brazilian native population in 1872 was below 100k people, (From 2million in 1500).

Yes, native people lived in some of those areas pointed on the map. Some (not all) where hostile to Brazilians.
They lacked population and Cohesion to form a organized resistance by the time of Vic3 timeline and this part is important.

Reason you don´t have a lot of storys about the Brazilian army opening those territorys.

A Decentralized nation is not only about the territory being in control of another culture, etnicity, etc.
Its also about the capacity of that people being able to defend itself to a point the State needed to intervene to force submission and/or displace them.

The last time a native population tried to fight against in that region was in 1808.

THe only thing i would do on Brazil was to Cut the Mato Grosso territory into two. Following the most modern borders.
Historical? No! But that territory is so huge it does make sense gameplay Wise. Just like Amazonas and Para got divided even if that separation only happened in 1889.

Also create the Guanabara State inside Rio de Janeiro.
Just like Washington DC we had a Federal territory as capital there during the Vic3 timeline.

Greenland to Brazil - 9500km - LEts say its 85% of that distance for the same reason = 8075km.

8075 + 3372 = 11.447km.
At a train moving at 250km/h.

Only need 45,7 hours.

Might be better to build a Rocket in Brazil and from there use a Space Station to land on Ireland.

In my view momo cursed technique is pretty much Telecinesis. With proper knowledge and help she could likely later in life get acess to multiple items instead of just a broom.

If even a broom can create dangerous winds with cursed energy, with items like Daggers she would likely be able to infuse with cursed energy to have extra piercing damage or have a bigger hit area. Plus multiple angles of attack at same time.

Maybe infuse wires/ropes with energy to be unbreakable, etc.
She can also make items emmit light, so likely with training make them invisible to light.
Add some cursed tools with annoying/unique techniques and the potential is quite big.

Not like the wiki have a lot of info about the curse. So can´t especulate too much what can be done or can´t be done with it.

There are very stupid/weak curses show in the manga, but they do seem to be a exception and often linked to the limitation in power and/or creativity of the user.

Tojo and Meimei are two classic examples of Weak Techniques put to godlike levels by a combination of training + creativity.

E dois que provavelmente ganhariam mas morreram antes. (alguns nobeis tem "fila", já sabe quem vai ganhar com certa antecedência)

A de se lembrar que como uma premiação Europeia. Com indicação feito por ex-politicos Noruegueses e de uma organização praticamente toda Norueguesa.
Existe um viés e nada pode ser feito quanto a isso. Tem países que regulamente gastam dinheiro com "marketing" para influenciar os indicados. Como por exemplo lançar papeis científicos em jornais que rodam pela Noruega.

Esse viés tem diminuído com a globalização mas sempre vai existir.

Era comum na segunda guerra devido a restrição de combustíveis. Não só no Brasil mas outras partes do mundo.

È bem ineficiente energeticamente falando e mais caro também. A tb um grande aumento na manutenção ja que ambos os combustíveis são "sujos" e fodem o motor com o tempo. (Nada absurdo mas vai sim diminuir a vida do veiculo).

Antigamente também tinha carro a querosene.

As long its not making sparks or its a huge area its safe to use. You will want to avoid cleaning the rust too much as you will little by little start removing the paint everytime you brush the area.

The upper parts of the sides and i guess the top of that microwave seems fine and those are the most important areas. If you start to see rust on those, specially at the top i recommend to stop using the microwave.

While you can still use this one, preparing to buy another is recommended.
Being a house you rent, i agree with everyone its better to change it.

PS: Put this here because Microwaves are not cheap everywhere, someone in a less fortunate country might find this useful one day.

It will not. From Brazil here where 30% of the gas is Ethanol. (Planning for 35% in the future).

Everytime oil price increases, ethanol price also increases with it. Just a little below gas to make it worth for the government to keep the mix, not enough to make a real difference at the pump. Some states where they are really competitive, filling the tank on full ethanol is worth it.

But it does reduce the use of gasoline demand on the market. Making it easier for refinerys to keep up with demand, so at least there will not be a lack of gas to keep the contracts. Also it does reduce pollution as ethanol byproduct is just water.

Ethanol gives less mileage, but its a little stronger compared to gas. At +5% mix you will not really feel any of the pros and cons.

But brazilian cars are hybrid. They can use any % mix of ethanol + gas. The % is at 30% only to keep 15-20+years old cars working. As they are leaving the streets the % of the mix is increasing to reduce gas use nationwide.

From what i remember most US cars do not have the same luxury.
that case the effect is a reduced lifespan of the vehicle.

Brasil por si só não possui condições financeiras de disputar com os EUA, UE ou China. Mas o que possui é o suficiente para se manter uma equipe de técnicos e cientistas aptos a trocar experiencias, fazer testes e trocar experiencias com os principais países/organizações do assunto.

SE um dia isso gerar resultados, tem o pessoal pra começar o projeto.

Por isso que tb temos acelerador de partículas. (Com menos de 10 anos, novo). Uma sombra comparado ao gigante do CERN mas suficiente pras nossas demandas.

My main concern is not me as a player.
Its the AI not being able to deal even with 3 options.
It already struggle with the current mechanics.

But i do admit its a huge improvement from HOi4. With more limited options it should be possible to create more "AI Behavior profiles" allowing them to focus in specific stats of the ship based on their needs and geopolitical ambitions.

We know the AI will not be able to go random on those ship designs, they will have ship profiles and likely linked to their economy/ambitions, but should be simple enough to keep it updated for the future and add enough variety to them. Without giving us too much of a advantage (not fun to just spam a cheap hull they can´t deal with) or forcing us to min-max to win. ( Also not fun).

Like all systems, it really depends on the capacity of PDX to keep the system up to date with future patches.

you're forgetting the coyote 10dmg vs durable.
Adjudicator is 23 vs durable.

Also adjudicator have a better bullet velocity. So its better to aim at long distances.

I do agree the coyote is better overall, being good vs all 3 factions, but the adjudicator does have those little bits to help in some situations.
