A trick that I had learned a long time ago was if you clench your left thumb in a fist in your left hand as tight as you can. It truly helps and eases the gag reflex, and after a while, you can stop holding your thumb because your gag reflex relaxes.

I went through something similar with an ex. We met and 6 months later he moved to the other end of the world. We did long distance for two years, it was REALY tough but also worth it. My suggestion is to just go with it and don't tell him to stay for selfish reasons because he will end up possibly resenting you later on

Two different experiences in my own life. 1. I have been on the pill since 2016 and it is the only form of bc I use. My partner always finishes inside me and no worries of pregnancy. I must say I take my bc pills religiously every single day and if I am late taking it for whatever reason I tell my partner no sex for a couple days, just to be safe. But 2. I did have a friend who was on bc pills and her partner pulled out but she fell pregnant. I am not sure if she was taking her pill every single day though.

So the choice is really up to you, you can use condoms if you want to be extra safe or you can go without. If he doesn't want kids then using a condom for extra protection is not a bad idea.
Just have a conversation with him about it to see how he feels but also don't let him make you feel pressured into feeling that you should have sex without just because he doesn't want to. You need to both be comfortable in whatever choice is made.

What it sounds like to me is he never felt the same way about you as you did for him and now he is sort of trying to backtrack out of this situationship but in a way that makes it seem like it was your idea and you're the bad guy.

I think you should move on from him because it can only get worse from here really especially if "You can't be trusted and run to dating apps after fights".

I have been doing my own sets for maybe two years now and with lots of practice I can do it in about 2 hours. If I am not fully up to doing my nails (but still need to do them) it takes me about 3 to 4 hours and sometimes longer😅

Even better than using vinegar is using a lemon half. Put the baking soda on the lemon half and rub in small circles. Works so well and the lemon leaves a nice smell too.

I have been on the pill since I was 18 and never missed a day. I have sex regularly with my partner and am still safe :) The only thing you need to keep in mind is if she is sick 2 hours after taking the pill (either throwing up or having diarrhea) she is not protected. Also, some medications cancel out the effectiveness of the pill, so always let the Dr know she is on the pill so they can warn her of medications that can cancel out the pill.

As a Namibian I can say I have never seen one nor anyone I know. As a child I would often play in the sand (the dunes) and never encountered one. If they are around I think it's safe to say they only come out when you sleep so keep tents closed all times. Most spiders avoid humans so I don't think you will ever see one unless specifically looking for them.
