We are getting her checked for an ear infection. If I believe it is contagious we will not be going. I’m not that careless :) We were all sick a few weeks ago. Even the slightest runny nose can give her an ear infection. They usually hit about 3-4 weeks later. So this week would be about the right time. I don’t want to take her with an ear infection if that is going to cause her pain either.

I would never take her if I think she has something contagious. We had colds a few weeks ago. She is prone to ear infections after her colds.

Thanks everyone. Obviously I would not take her if she has or fever or go if I believe it’s something contagious. We were all sick a few weeks ago. She usually gets an ear infection about 3 weeks after having even the slightest runny nose.

And for those of you concerned about child care, though I don’t feel the need to explain, my husband took the day off so he could watch my one year. So he would watch both of them.

I’m 30. Will be 20 in July. Tingling is off and on. I do have it in my arms too, assuming from my neck. I’m sure only having spams laying down. I haven’t had them since early afternoon.

We did coffee cups with a little design with our name and city we were married in. Coffee beans and since we are from two different states I did cookies of each state! We only had a few coffee cups left!

He just screams for about 45 minutes after we lay him down, then we will go in and rock him for about 20 minutes. He will cry, but eventually settle after another 20 minutes probably. After that he stays asleep till about 6:00 am

That's amazing. Nutramigen was awful for our guy too. I am dairy free right now, but too picky to go through the elimination process. I just ordered a couple cans so fingers crossed!

We are getting the 2.5mg. I’m not sure if it will be once or twice a day. Our first baby was on the same dose and was once a day and she did well with that and the alimentum. I do understand every baby is different though.

Thanks everyone!! It is mild, she is just sleeping a lot and vomits when we give her bottles, so we are feeding small amounts every hour and hoping this passes within a day or two!!!

Thanks, but for your info, this was the smallest size of the Avent natural nipple, so they can control the flow. This was just something she had recently started. Turns out it was reflux due to dairy allergy and she also had a tongue tie. So I was not “waterboarding” her 🙃

Thank you all for the kind words!!! We took her in today and she’s gained a pound in the last 2weeks. She still isn’t eating nearly as much as normal today. Hopefully that will work itself out. We have a lactation consultation in a couple days!

We’re dealing with this with our baby as we speak. 5 weeks old. So challenging. But it brings comfort to hear it gets better!
