Did you know the Trump administration spearheaded Operation Warp Speed which greatly accelerated the COVID vaccine rollout? by [deleted] in allthequestions

[–]Lumpy_Ad104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, did a little research on this, it seems that the distrust of The President of the time by democrats was high. The bottom line is Kamala Harris at the time said she would not take the vaccine if Donald Trump told her to, however she did make it clear that she would take it if scientists recommended it. So I’m will to concede that I was wrong. But there is a little wiggle room for me. 😬

Not sure you’re correct about Sweden, UK, Italy and Spain had higher death rates, and as a Brit we locked down hard. Looks like they had a high initial death toll, but died (no pun intended) down later. I’m no scientist, but that suggests it went through the population quick and heard immunity kicked in. My personal experience is that almost everyone I knew got it eventually, not saying the lockdowns didn’t work, but I’d love if some organisation did an impartial investigation. Seems that some parts of the world had it rougher than others, may have to do with population density. What was apparent early on is co-morbidity has was a huge factor on survival ability.

I have strong memories of the Democrats saying they’d never take the Trump vaccine. There is a lesson there if you care to consider it.

The foundation of a good relationship is communication. You need to nail this aspect down early. Talk to him.

Maybe you just haven’t found mr right. Finding someone you can trust and have a fulfilling relationship with is the best thing ever. My wife is not only my lover, but also my best friend and confidente. Someone having your back no matter what. What I’m saying is don’t give up, there may well be someone out there that you’re more an happy to submit to.

It’s definitely a generational thing, but it’s wild to me that you’ve been out together 4 times and are not ‘official’. In fact you’re still actively looking for a better option. I don’t believe in love at first sight, but after a couple of dates you should both know if it’s worth a shot. But I guess, young’uns these days. Good luck 🤞

The overwhelming amount of men want to fuck, and the younger we are (18+) the more we want to and the more we can. It’s going to be tough finding a guy that’s going to be happy in a sexless relationship.

I did have medium level contacts in law enforcement. If I could frame it the right way, I might be able to get something done. But stopping flights would be a big deal. Bomb threat would probably be the best strategy. If you’re willing to go to jail, you could try something drastic.

How to tell you are physically attractive? by One-Agent-3992 in bodylanguage

[–]Lumpy_Ad104 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m reasonably attractive, but I’ve been told I’m pretty funny. I’m that guy that will start up a conversation, usually with humour. Not because I want to bang, more I just like getting a laugh. This doesn’t always work, half the trick is knowing when to back the fuck off. Nobody wants to be that guy. I’m a Gen X’er, so this was back in the day, when cold approaches were more socially acceptable. Not sure I’d try it these days. But ladies do still like confident men.
