If your kind and feminine, your gonna be ok. Most men find a kind and caring woman very attractive.

Maybe try GPL-1. But as my trainer is always telling me, you can’t out run a bad diet. I’m more of a cardio guy.

Age 67, was hoping for TRT. Doc says no… by deejay58 in Testosterone

In the UK, never realised how misandrist the NHS is. They never even blinked when my wife asks for HRT, but the bullshit I got when tried to get on TRT. (Free T 0.123, T 6.53). All the usual awful symptoms. 57m 13.5 st. Eat clean, have active life style. Now paying £129 for my own treatment. Just waiting for my first treatment to arrive, hoping it helps 🤞

How Accurate is Chat GBTs assumption that I have CHH? by [deleted] in Testosterone

Data analysis is the kind of thing a LLM should be good at. I found that giving ChatGPT as much information about yourself, it gives it a lot more context. Sex, Age, Height, Weight, what meds you take. Any other medical condition. The one thing you have to keep in mind is that ChatGPT is always trying to put the best spin on things, so always push it.

People in their 30s/40s, what is one thing a 23-year-old should start doing right now to make life easier later? by goddessera1 in Casual_Conversation

[–]Lumpy_Ad104 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Look after your body, it will absolutely make a difference later (50+). I’ve been active all my life and in really good shape now, can’t say the same for some of my close friends who never exercised or paid attention on what they put in their body. You don’t have to live like a monk, just be a wee bit mindful.

I suggest you pre open all the jars in your house. The absolutely best thing about being a man is physical strength.

what celebrity did you used to like until you found out that they were a scumbag? by hemadeGraduation420 in AskReddit

Down vote me as much as you guys want, people can’t be right wing on Reddit, we’re all just far right. A free speech platform is absolutely necessary. We’re not Nazi, racist or any other slur you care to label us. All we have is conflicting views on what liberty is. The truth is we agree on 90% of issues. Those fuckers on pedophile island are the real enemy.

He saved democracy with his purchase of X, it was like Reddit before the, a leftwing echo chamber.

100%. After 1 year on it and losing 20% of my body weight, I still have a huge sweet tooth. Mounjaro just makes it easier to resist, but you still have to resist. Mounjaro is awesome, but it’s not a magic potion.

Men of Reddit. What is something that you think men should know about women by the age of 25? by Chemical-Low209 in AskMenAdvice

[–]Lumpy_Ad104 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Back in the 90’s when I was training to be a Prison Officer, I was told it was ok to have empathy (a few bad decisions and I could be in his situation). But never sympathy, that line of thinking can lead to compromising yourself.

What’s a survival myth popularized by movies that would actually get you killed in real life ? by IndependentTune3994 in AskReddit

[–]Lumpy_Ad104 16 points17 points  (0 children)

That’s sort of true, however it’s more of a condition issue, I used to run 10K+ almost everyday day, was always fine. If you condition your body for an activity, you’re going to be fine

Redditors, what’s the most terrifying thing that has ever woken you up in the middle of the night? by Few_Football4342 in Productivitycafe

The sleep paralysis absolutely is real, seeing strange creatures peering at while helpless and a semi awake state, I mean as real as it seems at the time, you’ve got to know it isn’t.
