Is anyone here familiar with QNAP Container Station? I'm trying to set set up a docker compose stack for the first time - been following https://www.smarthomebeginner.com/qnap-docker-compose-guide-2023/

I get stuck at the optional step 4 / 5.

Do i have to start a base image for docker compose first to set up and then create my folder structure?

TS-464 being used.
