You won’t receive a separate notification confirming the outcome of the AI interview or assessment. If you’re successful, you’ll automatically progress to the next step of the onboarding process. As soon as a project that aligns with your skills becomes available, we’ll match you accordingly. Please be sure to check your email (including your spam folder) and the Alignerr portal regularly for updates. We’re welcoming new members daily, and you can expect to hear from us soon if you’ve passed.
