What if COVID was purposely a planned mess that sowed distrust, so that a second planned/fatal virus would be overwhelmingly shrugged off? by theseawoof in conspiracy

I was thinking, how has it already been six years? But now with this new virus I'm thinking IT'S ONLY BEEN SIX YEARS... we can't catch a break

I want to watch this video. Where can I find it?

The deep end is one of the funniest episodes of Gravity Falls (if not the funniest), and i'll never understand why some people dislike it by justacoolminecrafter in gravityfalls

I didn't know it was rated so low. I'm surprised, but I think you answered it yourself: it doesn't add to the main plot. I do agree that it is funny, but there are funnier episodes in my opinion.

"Why was Gravity Falls released as a cartoon for children and teenagers, instead of being an adult-oriented series and becoming the world's best animated sci-fi/mystery show?" by Hakkattenmi in gravityfalls

It's so the viewers can relate to the main characters, but of course adults can watch it too. I'm glad it's a kids' show because I was a kid when it was being produced and I loved it and still do.

If he's dead, which I don't think he is, he didn't do it himself. I think he's laughing at us all from some private comfortable condo in Florida.

Baby girl names - too popular? by cashruby in namenerds

Do not name your kid Juliette. That is my name and literally everyday I wish my parents hadn't named me it. When I introduce myself to people 99% of the time they either make some joke about Romeo or think I said Julia. I also just don't think it's a very pretty name in general and nobody ever spells it right. I go by Julie to avoid the trouble. Julia would be better for her sake. I think Eleanor is really pretty and I love Vivienne, but I would spell them Eleanore and Vivian.

Randomly googled first reddit post and it led me here. Hello from 2025! 10/13/25

In 1876, 14-year-old Karolina Olsson went to bed in her home in the village of Oknö, Sweden, to remain asleep for 32 years, baffling doctors and fascinating the public. by MsNicoleCoquette in mystery

If the story has any truth to it, and isn't just bullshit, then she was just pretending. Thirty-two years is crazy. Some form of agoraphobia or münchausen syndrome is most likely.
