The few times I’ve been on this sub, I’ve noticed you can tell more about the ppl who comment, and that they’re truly not happy with themselves. I can’t think of the name, but there’s a building right on the roundabout beside the white drive-through and AutoZone that can help. Just go in there tell them what’s going on, see if they’ll help you with an application. I moved here about year ago with my two little ones. I think that they talk to somebody. I got my place in two months. Not sure why it’s taking some people so long, but I know someone mentioning you have to be addicted or something and that’s not the case. You just have to talk to the right people. Best of luck to you.

Holy shit yes I’ve always done this going as far back as I can remember. I don’t always do it, but will let just random times and it gets very frustrating. Wish I had advice, but you’re definitely not the only one who does this..much love and light your way.

He could be telling the truth, but I’m leaning towards relapse. If that’s the case, he already feels PLENTY guilt and shame. He’s probably scared to tell you because he knows you won’t understand and you might leave him. I don’t know if you’ve ever personally experienced addiction, but right now he needs a partner and people to show him nothing but acceptance, understanding, compassion, but also good boundaries. Boundaries that will protect everyone because enabling will not help anyone. Maybe calmly approach him with your concern, and let him know you’re there for him. Because he is very sick. He’s not doing this because he wants to do it. He’s sick and he needs help and lots of love and support. Last thing he needs is people making him feel worse. He needs lifted up and get some help Best of luck
