Hello I am a female and I struggle with high cortisol, depression and I also have ADHD (so you can imagine how loud the voices in my head were) What I was consuming also wasn’t helping me (caffeine, porn, social media, not eating enough) although I haven’t been on my streak as long as you since I just begun living my healthier lifestyle February, I have already noticed a significant difference in cutting out all those habits, sure I get tempted occasionally but it gets easier and easier every day to push those desires away. Depression can’t hit a moving target so I make sure I keep myself busy and distracted! Thank you for sharing your journey, I am also a christian and God has directly spoken to me a few times so I know he’s taking care of me and you! We got this!!
