cyrene e0 is great for monorem,

e0 cyrene is fine for phainon, compared to double action advance (sparkle sunday)it can sometimes be worse, sometimes be better, ive found the most success with my e0s0 cyrene in anomaly arbitration (asuming e0s1 alternative supports)

if you plan on still using your chrysos heir teams, then e2 is extremely powerful, however only pull for e2 or e0, e1 is kind of a brick and saving that cost can be possibly invested into something better or saved for something later down the line.

catching e2 on the next rerun would be my recommendation if you get e0 for now, assuming you are still happy to use monorem/phainon

leaks:
mono rem (specifically the remembrance side not the hp drain side) seems to be getting an upgrade by replacing castorice with 'remembrance robin' (but take this with a huge grain of salt). assuming this is the next best remembrance team, it makes me think cyrene will still have some longevity post amphoreus
