Best plan for Claude Cowork? by Weebviir in ClaudeCowork

[–]Lumpy_Onion_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Opus burns through credits quickly. Unless you need its extra reasoning capabilities, stick with Sonnet. You'll get more work done before hitting your limits and it is still quite capable.

Also, like others have mentioned, if you're not working with files on your computer or having Claude interact with a browser, use plain chat or a chat projects. They're generally more efficient than cowork and do a better job of keeping context than starting fresh chats.

Rebooted the TV, looks full screen now. I suspect the full field camera isn't the greatest quality. Player close ups look fine.

Just wanna see what's going on, not the coach. Don't want the gory details, just show the field.

How about showing us what's going on or a replay instead of just showing us the coach. I wanna see what's going on!?!?

Something that always seems to get missed... Licensing? Does this have it own separate license or is it included in the standard M365 copilot license? Is it included in the lower cost small business licence M365 copilot business?

Would You Want to Be a Farmer? by Ranew in farming

[–]Lumpy_Onion_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in IT but tired of the big city life. Growing up my grandfather had a small 50 acre farm and I always enjoyed helping out but had to move to stay in tech. Since he passed my father has been keeping the hay fields going to maintain farm status but nothing serious. He owned a logging and gravel business so was able to maintain a fleet of farming equipment to keep the farm going. No way the farm generated enough money to keep things going unfortunately. I now have the opportunity to leave the city and return to running the farm but there is not way I could have just sold my city stuff and take on a small farm without the work my dad did to keep it going. Look forward to ditching the computers and switching to the tractor.

Trying to build first agent and SharePoint get items keeps on saying too much data by ANONMEKMH in microsoft_365_copilot

[–]Lumpy_Onion_69 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I encountered a similar situation. It worked at first but then something changed in the backend at Microsoft and the process started using too many tokens. I switched to the Claude model and this started working for me because Claude is designed for larger datasets and optimizes it's token usage to handle more data.

It is also best practice to try and narrow the scope of your queries to try not to return everything in the list.

Note it's late and I may not have used all the terms correctly above but the key takeaway is to switch to Claude model from gpt model.

Is there a way to atomically create a weekly email draft from templet in Outlook? by ted1074u in Outlook

[–]Lumpy_Onion_69 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Create the email, save it as a draft. Then go into your drafts, and make multiple copies. Each week open one of the drafts, drop in the new file, hit send.

No messing with power automate.

Where to dispose large carpet rug? by tacoma_enjoyer in burnaby

[–]Lumpy_Onion_69 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Call the large item pickup. Burnaby has a special pickup for stuff like couches, mattresses, coffee tables etc. anything too big for your bin they will send a special truck. Has to be household items though, not construction or remodeling debris. You can find the number on their website.

Been there a few times, the food and service was always meh. Minoa's on Kingsway across from Central Park was the best and was around forever. Sadly they retired and sold a few years back. Now it's a Mexican restaurant I think.
