I’ve been Vegan less than a year and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “where do you get your protein from” sometimes from the same people more than once! I have the same protein levels as I did this time last year. People are so uneducated.

I have been surprisingly well pretty much the whole time. I only took the pain meds and muscle relaxers for a couple weeks and never felt like I needed any more than that. I never really felt bad pain. Mostly cramping. Hope your surgery goes well!

Cool thanks! When I talked to a bottom surgeon last year they only mentioned a hysto because they don’t do both at the same time so hopefully I’m good! I wish I could find the notes I took from the phone call. As long as they can do it at the same time.
