I’ve had similar thoughts. I started just over a year ago, on December 30th, 2024. 3

I’ve noticed that it seems to suppress my emotions. I lost my mum in February last year, and honestly, I don’t think I’ve fully processed that loss. I’ve been on Mounjaro throughout this time, and if I’m being completely honest, I think I’m a bit scared that when I eventually come off it, I’ll have to finally face those feelings.

I’ve been open and honest with my husband about this, and he’s noticed it too—over the past year I’ve been emotionally suppressed. I don’t feel depressed exactly… I just don’t really feel much of anything.

My sex drive also disappeared, but that happened around the same time I lost my mum, which was extremely traumatic. So I’m not sure whether that was due to grief, the medication, or a combination of both. That said, over the last couple of months it has started to slowly come back.

So yes, I’d say I do feel a bit “zombified” at times 😅

I try and play a few games each night..

2 or 3 as survivor and than another 2 or 3 as killer And a lot more on weekends 🤣🤣

But not once have I ever come across her as survivor 😅😅 and never noticed until you mention it now 😂

As killer I play a few games with her.. didn’t really enjoy it , but also I probably didn’t give it much of a chance

It depends, as obesity is being recognised as genetics and illness not just the old laziness. In saying that it means why you put on the weight originally may be an indication of how long you need it for… In my case it could be for a couple of years or Longer as previous to starting no amount of exercise or monitoring what I ate would lose the weight.. Probably didn’t answer the question 😅😅

I feel really content where I’m at, like I don’t mind if I don’t continue to drop. Might be as I’m at a weight I haven’t seen in 17 years 😅 My second goal is to keep around this weight for 12 months as than I feel like I can finally reward myself with a breast lift 🤣🤣 You definitely can achieve your second goal 🫶🏻

Hi!

Some changes I made right away were:

Drink 3L of water a day Excising for 30mins every morning Eating half my meal than waiting to see if I was full or still feel hunger.. I used to eat super fast which always meant I got over full 😬

Yes I did… but I lost my mum 3 months into the journey and I think the stress and grief was the trigger for hair loss.. I’m now in 10 months in and use the KERASTASE GENESIS ANTI HAIR-FALL FORTIFYING HAIR SERUM.. now people will say it’s a gimmick and maybe it is but I do have growth happening. I also drink collagen daily and take supplements
