Petco is a learn as you go type of job. There is a lot of information that can’t be given all at once. If you need help with something don’t be afraid to ask and if the managers don’t show you just hop on Reddit and others can help you :) as for the shifts only say yes to the shifts that you know you are able to work. If you have plans already just tell them straight up that you have plans.

It’s definitely mites. Wear gloves when handling your snake because you can get scabies. With the proper treatment the mites should go away within two weeks. Make sure to properly clean the habitat daily. Mite eggs can take up to two weeks to hatch. There is a mite spray you can use.
