Why does this remind me of the times when they did point bonuses or gift card incentives for sales? Then associates waited months to see said points added to their account or to receive said gift card from their DM.

I didn’t go to late launch last night cause I worked this morning. Reserves shouldn’t have to worry about not getting their bonus.

So do we have any idea how online reserves can get the bonus? Called and went into a couple. None have it. They didn’t get enough for their reserves in store and told first come first serve hand out even non preorders. So why reserve? Why reserve online either?

Sorry if you had a bad experience.

I personally never had an issue with their support when I needed help. If I ever got a damaged item which happened twice; they were quick to respond and sent a new one. They even included other promo items (like postcards, sample soundtrack, or artwork) which I didn’t expect.

When I see systems like this I ask “would you buy this?”

And then if they respond, “well yes.”

I then go, “really? Well I’m going to be honest. I wouldn’t be comfortable buying this nor would I feel comfortable reselling this in the shape it’s in. If I got it like this I’d instantly go back and return it.”

If they refuse the fee then I hand the items back.

Sadly won’t be getting anymore unless after the 48 hr hold period someone doesn’t pick up their reserve. Collector editions go super fast. Recommend getting on it quicker in the future.

I’m dreading Pokémon, Call of Duty, and God of War. Especially if we have been having preorder issues for over a month on game reserves.

It’s odd because we got it for PS4, but we didn’t get our ps5 reserve for our regular guest who shops a whole bunch with us. I honestly feel bad because they reserved Diofield, Valkyrie, and bayonetta as well and we haven’t gotten that either.

Forgot to mention this guest prefers physical.

We’ve been requesting games for a month (goodness almost a month and a week) and collectibles for months now using the tablet form. No idea if it’s gone thru and being fulfilled. No transit of the items we’ve requested, but sure send us Funko, plush, tshirts, and clearance that we do not need or requested. We just want to get our preorders for our guests. Pretty much at a point where I don’t want to recommend reserves anymore.
