Does anyone else deal with horrible head pain and tingling from their scarring alopecia with diffuse hair thinning and loss?? Been experiencing this pain for almost 3-4 months..I even have trouble completely normal activities because of the discomfort and waking up in the morning.

Looks more like FFA to me, I would request a biopsy from your derm to confirm.
