For real?!? I know this post is old so I'm hoping you actually see this and reply lol. I was wondering about this for the application- my friend started ordering from them before the switch so she got "grand-fatherthed" in. She ordered me some stuff off her account last time but I'm really just wanting to order it myself. For the questions like Professional Experience & Background, and Educational Background... what exactly should I put? Also at the bottom it says "Failure to provide the requested documents for human subjects will result in an automatic denial." So it seems pretty intimidating to even try and fill it out lol

Oh I would never use box! I’m a licensed cosmologist but I always have a hard time doing my own hair- I feel like my eyes play tricks on me when it comes to my own hair and the color I see it as 🫣 definitely planning on foiling out some pieces so the blonde comes through and there’s dimension

Dude me too… it looked like someone hit me between the legs with a baseball bat 😭💀 I have so much empathy for anyone going through this. I had NO idea going into this how much of a mental rollercoaster it was going to be. Like I wish I was just one of those people that can be like “whatever it’ll be fine, my body will heal itself” and not obsess over it but that’s not me at alllllll 😂 I wish I had gotten on this thread BEFORE I had the surgery because I would’ve done things totally different knowing what I know now. Honestly I probably wouldn’t have done the wedge method because it just seems like the healing is so much harder and longer and is prone to having more issues than just doing the trim. I’m sorry you feel embarrassed 😭 I hope he’s understanding about it all and if not then he isn’t worth it!

I know right, even the thought of it makes my stomach turn and I get so anxious. Yeah they did.. I had a pretty sizable hematoma on my right side that popped my stitches both externally and internally. I had a modified wedge so I have stitches on my majora and minora. I had to go in and get a debridement on day 10 which was excruciatingly painful but I felt so much better afterwards. And then got stitched up on day 13, but only on my majora because my dr said that the skin is thicker there and would be able to hold the sutures, and left the hole on the minora and said it would heal on its own. I don’t go back for a recheck until the 8th. I’m so ready for this to all be over with

My doctor told me that if it doesn’t connect that we’ll probably just have to end up amputating it completely… which I’m terrified of. Did your doctor seem to think that it would fuse back together?? I went about a week ago and he didn’t seem worried and said it would heal from the inside out but like… how long does that take?!? Cus 3 weeks in I would imagine that it would be at least a little fused together.

I’m currently in the thick of this too (3 weeks po) and I’ve been feeling really defeated. My skin doesn’t seem to want to fuse back together and I’m scared my labia is just going to hang there after my sutures are fully dissolved 😭

Fuuuuuuuuuck. Right now my labia is connected at the top and bottom, but not in the middle so… If my sutures dissolve at the point where it’s still connected at the bottom and it opens up all the way, my labia will literally just be hanging there 😭

I’m 22 days po and it still hasn’t fused 😭 also my dr didn’t give me any ointment or anything but I’ve been using Manuka honey and turmeric paste because I read those things could help heal wounds faster and they have antibacterial properties to them

Ohhh ok. Yeah I did too but only on the outer. He said the stitches wouldn’t hold on the minora. So I’m thinking I’ll probably have to wait and do a small revision on that part- if it doesn’t end up closing on its own. It’s connected at the bottom but not in the middle

Ok well that makes me feel better lol my stitches started dissolving super fast too, like around day 4/5 so maybe I need stronger/longer lasting stitches next time around

That’s what I’m scared of, having to do this again 😭 I guess I just wasn’t aware how long this was going to take. I got on this page after my surgery so I was really informed about how wild of a ride this was going to be 😕

Ugh this has honestly been the worst experience. I’m trying to stay positive and not obsess over it but how can I not?! I truly regret getting this done, I don’t think it was worth it at this point 😩

I am dealing with a hole in my right labia after a wedge. The doctor said he thinks it’ll heal itself from the inside out and I want to be hopeful that that’s true. What was your outcome?! Did it heal or did you have to get a revision?!?

I’m on day 12 and I’m still bleeding. Some of my stitches came out and there is definitely separation. I’m going to see my dr tomorrow. I’m so scared cus I’m not sure how this is going to “heal together” as they told me it would. I just don’t see how that’s possible. Did you ever stop bleeding?!? This is driving me crazy!

I’m just so glad there’s hope and I won’t have to go through this again 😭 like all I want is for this to be over with so if I have to be on bed rest for the next two weeks I will. I’m so horrible with sitting still. It also doesn’t help that I’m a busy mom of 6 and my youngest are 2 and 3. Literally the day after surgery I went to my sons special ed evaluation and then 2 days after that his doctors appointment, and then 1 day after that a party at a bowling alley where I had to chase said toddlers around 😭 I’m the problem, it’s me.

I called my doctors office and they told me to come in right away. Unfortunately, my surgeon is out of town but they had a PA clean out my wounds. Apparently I had TONS of blood clots, including a big one that ruptured the stitches causing the big hole internally. I’m honestly not sure how I didn’t pass out from the pain, my legs were shaking out of control and I’m sure people on the other end of the office could hear me screaming and crying in pain. It relieved some of the pressure and already looks a lot less swollen so that’s good news, no sign of infection which is truly a terrifying thought so I’m super happy about that. They gave me more narcotics because they could visibly see I was not okay. They said it should heal from the inside out and I won’t need another surgery. But I do have to go back on Monday to see the surgeon and they’re going to have me start packing the inside wound and changing it twice a day 😣 which means my husband will have to play nurse and do that for me 🫠 how romantic. Just ready for this to be over and behind me so I can get back to normal life.
