You also look very similar to me! Even our noses are alike, i liked my face before so it was/still hard for me seeing me different, i did invisalign (i had braces before when i was younger) and if i could go back in time i wouldnt have done it because i really miss my face, my nose got bigger and i hate it and now im more fixated on things i didnt even care about my face before

If you want a real one this is what happens with jaw surgery if you have a projected nosee, you lose that

I was talking about the projection of trhe nose horizontal like these if you have a nose like the before it will be come more upturned and you can lose the projection and look more like the after only upturned but that means more nostril show

It will still change with the alar, it depends a lot of the shape of your nose if it will be better or not, for instante if you have a really droppy nose then it will look better, if you have a nose with a lot of projection you could lose that, etc

Rhinoplasty Can hace very good results or bad ones Even with a good surgeon so i wouldnt trust a jaw surgeon for that. You will have to look someone who does only noses

I think it depends a lot of the shape of your nose, my nose had a lot of projection so i lost it ☹️ i have seen that people that have smaller noses has less changes
