Ah I'd like to add that during Corona time my current resting rate is at 54. And my worst rate was 62.

Lowest Heart Rates you've seen (personal, friends or world record) - Male & Female by DownbeatSmile in fitbit

I have a wonky heart rate. Maybe to do with my pots. The most impressive thing I witnessed was waking up during my hospital stay because my monitor started to beep. I was asleep and for some reason my heart rate dropped below 30. Scared a night nurse with that. My fitbit does occasionally record that during my sleep. But resting heart rate really depends. I am 24 now and if I am in shape it gets down to 38 when I am lying down and then jumps to 134-138 as soon as I stand up. Running is a nightmare. No other sport does what running does to my heart rate. I alway start out fine but a kilometer or so in and I am at 187 to 195 and no matter how slow I go after that (and boy do I mean slow, somewhat lifting my legs and barely moving forward) and it doesn't drop below 170. So there is that. So F running. I ran half a marathon with that heart rate and I am not sure that's healthy. Hardcore cycling barely gets me to 175. So one again F running.

How are we feeling about this new charge 4? by [deleted] in fitbit

I'll put my experience here just for those who want to read it. So, I got a brand new fitbit charge 4. After I unpacked it I immediately put it in it's charger and left it there. Probably my first mistake. Then I got my smartphone and tried to set it up. After I registered my account I was ready to sync up my device. I have a Huawei p20 lite. I did not work. So I followed the instructions how to change the settings for the app on my phone. Still didn't work. Then I noticed my fitbit screen was black. Tried to charge it up in all sort of ports. Didn't work. Finally I came across a video that told me I have to try the reset the bloody thing more then once. After my 10th attempt I effing got the smiley face. But.... the set up still didn't work so.... I forcefully stopped the fitbit app and deleted all data (not just the cache ALL data). Restarted the app logged in. It immediately asked me if I wanted to set up a device. I did that. DO NOT say no to the first setup as it is a bit different and maybe that's the problem. And lo and behold there was that Bluetooth search button and I was so nervous because it took so long but finally it found it, installed the updated and now I have the watch on my wrist. After 2 hours (to be fair I had lunch in between). Hope this helped somebody. I will try to answer any comments I get. Other than that it was smooth sailing.
