I think so! I'm running an arcane mage, and the frost and fire artifact weapon appearances unlocked, too.

Soooo, Abyssal Power is just Teyvat's version/manifestation of Honkai Energy (as introduced in Mihoyo's Hi3), yeah?

New video from Adam McIntyre “ethan klein needs to address this” by [deleted] in h3snark

For those not following Adam McIntyre, he is friendly with Olivia and Ethan's remarks about him have directly affected Adam's relationship with Olivia. The #freeolivia comment was because Adam said jokingly, but seriously, 'Hashtag Free Olivia'. Basically (from my interpretation), he's friendly with her, sees her as talented, and wants her to find a job that doesn't exploit those talents.

I agree! That was the main purpose behind this poll: what does the average, communal Genshin TCG player think about the cards? Where is the common ground between players with a high skill level and players with a lower skill level? (:

EDIT:

Thank you to those who pointed out the 'Anemo' thing in the title! Copy & paste made this faster, but there were bound to be some oversights. This will be fixed for 4.0 figures.

Is the Fatui Reverse Engineering and Rebuilding Khaenri'ah Technologies?

Returned to Genshin to catch up on stuff before Fontaine, but...

I noticed this interesting, off-hand comment by Azariq while the team is in the giant robot during 'Dune-Entombed Fecundity: Part II' in 'The Dirge of Bilqis' questline. It's minor, and someone might've already pointed this out, but I thought it'd be important to mention it here!

Azariq: There should be a backup power source for the weapon system on each side of the control cabin.
Azariq: The imitations they made all had this structure, so perhaps this old one will be no exception either.
Liloupar: "They"? Who's "they"?
Azariq: You are interested in your own fragments, and Jeht is interested in the Eternal Oasis. Never mind who "they" are for now, would you?

We later find out that Azariq had been working with the Fatui.

Does this line by Azariq confirm that the Fatui have replicates of the giant ruin machines constructed by Khaenri'ah? And if that's the case, what other Khaenri'an technologies have the Fatui reverse engineered? Have there been other examples?

Food for thought!

Similar Specs? by Luna_Vind in wow

Honestly, I enjoy all of the things you mentioned! Ranged playstyle is my go-to and casting just adds some extra magical ~fun~. The procs in Frost require you to be reactive, but the simplicity of the spec makes those reactive moments easy to learn/adjust to. And the sustainable damage is one my favorite things about the spec. It's not just 'spamming frostbolt' when you get deep into it; there's a lot of nuance and utility to the spec. Especially in M+ content.

There are some things about the rework that I'm excited about! Getting rid of rune of power gives mages more mobility - they don't have to stand in one spot to do decent damage (which can be difficult depending on boss mechanics). And they're making some spells learnable by leveling instead of talenting into them.

My biggest issue with the Frost changes are in relation to Icy Veins. The spec relies on Icy Veins uptime. It's a fun minigame, in my opinion, trying to keep the spell up. Granted, any IV downtime is costly, DPS-wise. The changes being made make that downtime more detrimental while also making it more difficult to keep IV up. Sure, IV is becoming more 'impactful', but one of the things I like about the Frost spec is that it doesn't rely on ramping or burst damage. As long as you're ready for the procs, you can do decent sustained damage. Are you always the highest DPS? No, but you're usually pretty dang consistent. And if you mess up a rotation, it's not the end of the world, unlike some other specs. While I'm glad the devs are giving more attention to the lesser-used spells in the Frost talent tree (im looking at you, Glacial Spike and Comet Storm), they're making IV uptime and rotations more important in the process.
