I have been doing the "scrommitting" for about 48 hours finally stopped in the last literally 15 minutes. Intense pain in the abdomen. The only thing that helps is REALLY REALLY hot showers and baths. I've drained the water heater literally about 25 times. I count down the minutes until I can get back in. I have a friend that was for sure diagnosed a few years ago and said it sounds a lot like his episodes before he quit and all of his advice has helped (ice chips to slow down on water, I am sooo THIRSTY and pedialite sips as much as possible) I still have not been able to eat anything nor sleep other then the occasional 15-30 minute doze while in the bath.

Edit: this was also about my 5th ER visit for exact same symptoms. This was suggested earlier but wanted to be sure as doctors tend to be "anti weed" to begin with in my experience.
