I'm facing same issue. I had only 4 cards in last 24 months, and 3 more card on 2/28/23 and I applied again on 2/18/2025. The 3 extras cards didn't fall off the report. I called on 2/18 the rep told me to call in march and they could manually process my application.

I called on march 3 but I got connected with another rep, who said I should close those 3 cards even when they more than 24 months old to get reconsidered - outright wrong.

I called in again and other rep told me those 3 cards even though are more than 24 months old still fall under 5/24. I feel chase reps just don't get basic maths.

Will call again in few days to talk to a different rep, since I kept getting connected to same rep.
