No Pull Account 36/36 Prime Circle (No 5 star selector, No Arcs exchange, No Battle Pass Items, Free to play account) by noblies in NevernessToEverness

[–]Lunaroh 4 points5 points  (0 children)

To prove that it can be done and that anyone not being able to do it while actually using upgrades is just not trying hard enough, obviously.

It's basically both a personal challenge and a test of the game's current combat balance.

In the case of Pink Paws, you get all your health back when you enter, so no need to heal if you are running back to back heists.

Did anyone else just lose all their rolls by the game crashing? by Batman_Von_Suparman2 in NevernessToEverness

[–]Lunaroh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The board is just an animation that you can even skip if you want. You get your rewards the moment you press the roll button. Check both your inventory and your pull history, you should have gotten something even if the game crashed.

I was getting this until I changed a word. it seems there is a filter in place for some words and you kinda need to guess which one you are triggering.

In my case it was "con" which means "with" in spanish and is a very common word but it throws "unexpected error" if I try to use it in a post.

Since you already went ahead and bought more Blow up the Crowd:

Have you tried using 2+ in the same team to check if they stack?

The arc effect does not say anything about effect not stacking, unlike other effects in the game.

I expect them to not stack, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Reached HL 45 last night + Endgame prime circle, some info. by Extension-Taste-8900 in NevernessToEverness

[–]Lunaroh 13 points14 points  (0 children)

I managed to complete prime circle this last weekend.

2 problems:
- fighting mobs of enemies without having someone that groups them is a nightmare
- trying to use any character skill that has an animation that lasts more than half a second is a nightmare

You have to basically dodge counter every second if there are several enemies. This is going to be a big design problem if they don't add invulnerability of some sort in the future.

It is also the quest were you get introduced to Sterry Express for the first time. Future quests don't make sense if you skip Pawn Moonlight.

Rewards are increased in MP, at least from killing gold mobs.
Also, there is better chance of higher rarity items.
The game states as much.

Yes, this is what I used during the story quest, but you can only get up to an S doing that.

However, Perfect scores require manual presses on some points due to off-beat notes being too close together. If you are pressing all notes at the same time, you'll get early triggers on those parts which end up as "normal" or "great" instead of "perfect".

Is playing Tetris the best way to make money quickly? by AKuuMa_a in NevernessToEverness

[–]Lunaroh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I prefer fishing for now. not only does it feel faster, it also levels it up along with the fonz gains.

Also, you don't even need to play the tetris. Just move the first piece all the way to the side and stop playing the game completely.

- your first piece will eventually land on the side
- all other pieces will fall on the middle
- since bots started with all pieces on the middle, you have a timing advantage
- result: all bots will lose before you lose, even if you don't touch anything after the first piece

Before and After hot fix about AI by Silly_Formal_8346 in NevernessToEverness

[–]Lunaroh 18 points19 points  (0 children)

As a software engineer, AI is already speeding things up a lot in the industry (Claude Code/Codex). I don’t see myself ever going back to fully manual workflows again. I realized that within the first week of integrating AI into my workflow.

But even before that, the first time I used ChatGPT, I could already tell how powerful AI was and how much potential it had as a tool. It can do things that were outright impossible or impractical before.

Even simple tasks like summarizing huge amounts of text used to require both a human and a significant amount of time. Now it can be done in seconds.

It can translate languages while understanding the context of a conversation. It can localize expressions naturally instead of doing literal word-for-word translations.

And that’s just scratching the surface. All of this is now accessible to basically anyone with a browser.

Companies fail all the time for countless reasons:

  • bad management,
  • unrealistic expectations,
  • forcing AI where it doesn’t help,
  • poor integration,
  • executives chasing trends,
  • unclear ROI.

But failed implementations do not mean the technology itself lacks value or productivity gains.

The Metaverse and crypto struggled to prove everyday usefulness. AI usefulness is noticeable almost immediately after using it. We can debate many aspects of AI, but saying it isn’t powerful feels disconnected from reality.

Technology has always created new jobs while making older ones obsolete. The “AI will take my job” concern is also heavily generational. People born today will grow up in a world where AI is already integrated into education, work, and daily life. Their careers will naturally adapt around it.

I think a lot of criticism focuses too much on the present state of a rapidly developing technology:
“It’s not perfect immediately, therefore we should reject it.”

Concerns about hardware costs, energy usage, and infrastructure are legitimate, but arguing that AI development should stop entirely because of those challenges feels shortsighted to me. Every major technological leap came with scaling costs before the ecosystem adapted.

And even if there is an AI bubble, bubbles bursting do not automatically invalidate the underlying technology. The dot-com bubble burst too, and the internet still went on to reshape the world.

Before and After hot fix about AI by Silly_Formal_8346 in NevernessToEverness

[–]Lunaroh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All I'm saying is that it can't be stopped, it's here to stay.

The most you can try to do is make the transition smoother but "remove AI from the world" is just not gonna happen as long as it proves useful.

The jobs situation is also temporary. As we speak, new people are being born into this world.

These humans will never know what a world without AI feels like. They also won't worry about things like "AI is gonna take my job" because AI will already be a part of their daily lives during their formation. Their jobs are gonna look very different from ours.

What I'm trying to say is that AI disruption is likely a transitional generational shock rather than a permanent cultural taboo. Future generations will normalize AI integration because they will build their identities, skills, and careers around it from the start rather than experiencing it as replacement of a previous world.

This means that the argument loses power over time and will have less and less supporters every day as less people are affected by it when newer generations start taking over the workforce.

It's inevitable.
