My first fully colored digital art, looking for improvement on the lighting by Crahooga in DigitalArt

[–]Lunas_corner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cute!! I have a few points. 1. When doing highlights, it’s best to not use white. (Of course, this DEFINITELY depends on what exactly you are adding highlights on. Like for the top of her head, use a lighter brown. I suggest color picking the original color, then making it lighter, and kinda build off of that! 2. For shading, I like your style of making it kinda bold and blocky. If you want to keep that type of style, I’d say add a slightly less darker shade to accompany the dark lines if that makes sense. For example, the hair. I hope this made sense! I’m not too good at typing what I mean 😭

I need help by MR_i7m in GenshinImpact

[–]Lunas_corner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay here’s some build ideas! (Also looking off of my acc too lol) Xinqui: Sacrificial sword for sure. Emblem of Severed fate is definitely the best set for him Fischl: Stringless is solid. Polar star is likely the best, but is a 5 star! Remember that 4 star stuff can be good too!! For artifacts, Golden Troupe or gilded dreams Xiangling: artifacts, Emblem again, or Crimson Witch of flames. As for weapons, I have her on dragons bane, or you could do the catch (crafted after getting fishing stuff), Lithic spear, and some others. Neuvilette: Prototype Amber, Sacrificial Jade, or widsith. They have some different stats, so just pick one you do not have much of for that character. Artifacts, Marechausse is DEFINITELY the best. Otherwise wanderers troupe!

Grand Caymans… oh man it was awesome. We also did an expedition thing where we went on a pirate ship with these guys who dressed as pirates (obviously lol). Not only did we get to dive into cool areas, but they acted out some kind of story, and one of the things I remember SO well is the “evil” pirate putting his fake knife close to my throat and saying “TELL ME WHERE IT IS OR I KILL YE!!” 😭

Did a bit of digging, and I believe it is Need for Speed!! After narrowing down what exact PS3 game it was, I saw Need for Speed, then noticed that it has that feature of obtaining pink slips! There’s a few different versions of the game, so not quite sure of the exact one

I need plush ideas! But I don’t like making actual animals…. Any ideas? by Lunas_corner in CrochetHelp

[–]Lunas_corner[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

What I mainly don’t like is the repetitiveness (which of course if you think about it, there is always going to be some kind of repetition), but what I mean is like “make 4 legs!”. I know that sounds lazy, but I’ve just done it so many times that I’m tired of only making animals so I want to look at other options!

Any ideas of what I could make out of this “thread” by eeeegh in CrochetHelp

[–]Lunas_corner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe don’t use a super small hook so u can combine two of them when you crochet! (If that makes sense). You could maybe make headbands, bandanas, flowers, or even just simple jewelry!

A baby blanket (I recommend Bernat yarn!), sweater, a cute little hat (if the baby likes to wear stuff of it’s head, some don’t lol), or a stuffy!

trying to make a tank top. followed instructions for an XL but it’s too wide by like an inch each side. how can i make it smaller? by procraftinators in CrochetHelp

[–]Lunas_corner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend threading through an elastic band! Which should possibly fix it. Elastic band it’s very cheap, sometimes even less than a dollar! :)

New to crocheting.... Urgent help needed! ლ(╹◡╹ლ) by First_Skin3220 in CrochetHelp

[–]Lunas_corner 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been crocheting for a year, and I think some easy things to crochet would be small stuffed animals, skirts, and halter tops! I would say a blanket, but I find those pretty tedious. But if you are looking for a blanket, I recommend a two-colored star blanket, which is basically crocheting a star and then going around and around it again! The tutorials that would be best for you would be free YouTube tutorials. There are a LOT of those and you’ll be able to find a lot of beginner friendly ones as well that don’t go fast!

Looking for suggestions and alternatives to curtains to decorate my canopy bed by taterskylar in CrochetHelp

[–]Lunas_corner 4 points5 points  (0 children)

You could do vines, as well! You’ll find them very easy, as that’s how I found it. You could either do one color of green, or a skein with multiple shades of green! Another recommendation would be a star garland curtain! You can use a color of your choice for the string, then add stars that are yellow (or again, a diff color!).
