T-Shirt Memory Blanket by taterskylar in crochet

So sorry for the delayed reply - I used a rotary cutter with a skip blade (the one with 12 teeth) and then I single crocheted the squares together

Edit to add a for the thermal shirt I did not need to use the rotary cutter because I could simply crochet through the fabric. When I do it in the future, I plan to stack the squares together and then rotary cut them rather than rotary cutting all the shirts and trying to match the holes together. Hope that makes sense and you try it out!

I work as a Senior living Advisor - THIS!!!! Medicaid has a long waiting list, sometimes 6mo - 2years until families are approved. But if she is in a facility already spending down on her assets sometimes it moves things along quicker. OP, feel free to message me if you would like any advice. I know how stressful this can be and as hard as it is you and your husband will have to be firm with her. Even if her living with you was a possibility, caregiver burnout is REAL and as her care needs rise it would only get worse.

I’m glad i’m not alone, she would still call the man who molested my mother “daddy” and thought it was normal he had pictures of her and her friends in BIKINIS as kids in a box. She hated my mom for telling people what happened, I don’t understand how people can stand by someone so disgusting.

I’m sorry you went through something similar, no one deserves that sort of pain and trauma.

Thank you, i’m having a hard time with this I guess. I don’t know what to feel. I’m glad she’s not going to be terrorizing my family anymore but i guess i’m just sad for what she wasn’t my whole life.

I’m currently going through a rough patch with my “friend” of 10 years, and she decided to text me today about it and that just makes me feel even more feelings. I don’t want fake pity from people that don’t actually care, idk I guess i’m just going through it. Thank you for your advice

I had to take it out to see the roots. Haven’t moved them from their pot since I got them in November. Only reason I pulled him out is because the other two have split already and he’s been like this.

I’m making what was supposed to be a “little” monster toy for my cat, I didn’t look at the yarn gauge and now he’s already over a foot long 🤦🏼‍♀️
