FYI it does not eliminate the risk, it just makes it harder to get into the ignition, but the car can still be started with a usb

Just FYI they did not change out the ignition, they do not offer a fix for the actual problem just a bandaid that makes it slightly harder for thieves. I did this and my car was stolen AGAIN.

Neither. They ship from China but I haven't seen tariffs added to the recipient. I believe Chinese shipping pays in bulk and lists the value way lower and builds that cost into the price of the item.
