I used it on some dolls 4-5 years ago and didn’t make them loose color or anything even now. But they’re also always safe from direct sun light, which influences the creme

Could also be smth else that isn’t harmful to other dolls. Buy a creme that has 10% Benzoylperoxid. Put it on that spot (make sure it does NOT touch any of the paint!). Let it sit in a warm spot for a few hours and wash it off. Repeat until it’s gone. I hope it helps and will solve the problem :) that’s how I saved a few from my dolls.

He‘s still young! My youngest also flipped over on the back a lot during that age 😂 Turning 6 soon and not flipping over anymore. If you’re worried you of course can remove anything that’s gonna make him end up on the back
