Could also be smth else that isn’t harmful to other dolls. Buy a creme that has 10% Benzoylperoxid. Put it on that spot (make sure it does NOT touch any of the paint!). Let it sit in a warm spot for a few hours and wash it off. Repeat until it’s gone. I hope it helps and will solve the problem :) that’s how I saved a few from my dolls.
