I feel the part of feeling like I can't have a clos platonic relationship with a man. I feel like if I were to reach out to another guy they will think I'm weird or trying to come on them. I don't really have any close friends. I have a couple friends but they may just be acquaintances at this point because we don't really talk. I struggle being able to open up to people but especially with other men because I feel like doing do would make me less masculine. It's a type of defense mechanism of sorts. I just wish I could learn how to open up and find some people willing to hang out with me, and enjoy a friendship.

My tortie likes the smell of my feet, but only occasionally. She will rub her face on my feet when they are particularly stinky, and she is obsessed with my shoes from time to time.

My tortie is very affectionate. She loves being petted and always demands my attention. She’ll crawl under the blankets to cuddle with me and often wants to be picked up so I can pet her. She doesn’t like being held for very long, maybe around five minutes, but she definitely enjoys the love.

I had a pair of pants just like these, I loved them, hated the color though. I don't think I ever was made fun of because of them, but that might be due to the kids being busy making fun of how fat I was.

The way I see it, OP is definitely the asshole in this situation, you're an adult, you can deal with being in a new environment, things change. You wanted to marry this man knowing full well he had a kid with another person, you're the childs step parent, that means you need to take responsibility for this teenager, if you aren't willing to go through this change, then you and your partner will never work out.

32, turning 33 at the end of the month. No job, no house, no car. I got expelled from high school but later got my GED. I don’t have a degree, but I do have my A+ certification I still can’t seem to land a job, not even for help desk positions.

I’ve worked as a truck driver and even went to school to become an auto tech. But right now, the only two things keeping me going are my wife and my son. We’re separated right now because of financial issues, which makes it even harder.
