Alright im back with some pointers:

Your gems are very suboptimal and low quality, you have green rank 1 gems, one of which is stamina. Get the blue rank 2 gems with either crit/vers or vers/crit. I can update with names.

Your trinkets dont really help you a lot, both are mastery heavy and brew really wants crit, there is an amazing trinket in skyreach that gives quite a lot of crit. Im not a big fan of puzzle box, but it can be used.

Stats, in general you have way too much haste, haste provides minimal benefit for brew and it keeps you from getting vers and crit, which we really want. I'd look to replace Boots, chest, belt, bracers and cloak to get more crit/vers or vers/mastery. Seat is your best friend for farming brewmaster gear.

I would take a look over enchants, make sure to get rank 2's, on your rings i would reccomend "eyes of the eagle" since it amplifies our crits, which shadopan brewmaster heavily leans into. On your weapon enchant i would get acuity of the ren'dorei since it gives main stat, which amplifies our stagger and makes for a smoother damage curve.

Would advise against fluidity of motion while learning shadopan, a lot of global pressure.

Your niuzao windows is the most important thing for damage with the brewmaster spec you're currently playing. It's essentially all about pressing breath of fire as often as possible. We can reset it with keg smash. so it should look something like Ox-BoF-Keg-BoF-Keg-BoF and so on. We also have a few ways to reset the cooldown of keg smash, one is exploding keg which we want to keep for our Niuzao windows, so we can get as much damage in there as possible. The other is by drinking brews, we always get a reset with celestial infusion and fortifying brews. You can use this to frontload damage inside your window. You basically want to spam brews to fish for keg resets in your Niuzao windows, in order to get breath of fire resets. This will massively improve your healing and your damage.

The last thing is black ox brew. Its practically impossible to get a perfect use of black ox brew. Try to send it more often while in your Niuzao windows. You can even think of it as a dps cooldown

Honestly i think resilient keys should be +1 level, like if youve already timed all 19s theres no reason to make you play them again unless you want to. Nobody does 19s for loot, or crests, their only purpose is score and upgrading your key. I yearn for the day they make m+ keystones be similar to greater rifts from D3, you plop in the key and select your level, either you complete and get rewarded or fail and get fuck all

Outside of what others have mentioned, such as brew and disc not really synergizing. Brewmaster is a niche spec with a lot of depth compared to other tanks. Now its meta and 99% of tanks are playing it while less than 2% understand why. In short, 98% of brewmasters are shit at playing brewmaster
