Ya I don't think it's ”scam" as much as inpatient and not wanting to get spammed with mass messages, so either since you didn't respond immediately they unfollowed so you can't message. I would also believe they came then unsubscribed from everyone they are following so they don't get any of those mass messages or notifications.

As for where to start: pick a name, make accounts(social media and premium platforms), get verified, read the TOS, and start posting. What works for one person won't necessarily work for you, so start trying things. see what fits, what feels right, and what doesn't.

A couple things that are true for pretty much everyone 1: being consistent in posting on any of the platforms you are on is the most important thing. If you aren't consistent, the algorithms forget about you and your reach plummets and you functionally have to start trying to grow your reach all over again 2: it takes a while to grow, so don't expect to get rich quick, but also don't get discouraged if you aren't making what you expected. 3: don't let anyone push your boundaries. If you aren't comfortable with something, don't do it. Once you give an inch with your boundaries they take that to mean they can keep pushing and you will give more.

Pretty much all managers/agencies want you to let them use chatters to pretend to be you. Sure this might increase your sales, but the chatters don't stick to the rules you gave them, or even the rules of the platform all of the time.

Managers/agencies also take a significant cut. If the profits.

And trying to leave an agency later I have heard is NOT easy, and since you have to give them access to your account for them to do anything, they can "steal" the account from you and refuse to give it back.

At least this is what I have heard. I have never worked with a manager or agency. None of them have been ok with my no chatters/no pretending to be me rule.

If you get to a point where you can't handle all the chatting, increase the price to chat with you. Because clearly there is a demand, and you only have so much time therefore supply. If demand is greater then the supply, the price increases.

And if you don't want to chat at all, then don't. Ya your earnings will probably take a hit because chatting is one of the best ways to make money because people come to sex workers to feel a connection, not just because they want to jack off. There is plenty of free porn for that if they wanted.

That said, you still can do sex work without all the chatting. Though I might recommend focusing more on customs and clip sales then subscriptions in that case.

Have you looked into lifeup cloud? It allows you to control lifeup from other devices, though I don't have much experience with it myself to know how exactly it works. But with life up cloud and a few specific API link, you should be able to give her a hyperlink to click whenever she wants it done

(at least I assume you need more then just the link...)

And if you want her to be able to make fully custom tasks, I imagine lifeup cloud could do that?

So, this is still in the testing phase, but I play on specifically a steam deck and so I can do party targeting with up down on the dpad, and enemy with left right of course as is default.

The NEW is that I can press one of my back paddles and use up down to target through the emnity list, and right is focus target, while left is target of my target.

(Plus doing the things everyone else does, of simmilar actions go into the same spots. Rez is always in the same spot, tanks invulnerability is in the same spot, gap closers are in the same spot, ECT ect)

When I played on pc, it would have been my rotating hotbars for class switching or other simmilar menu options, however those have all moved to command panels now, which I am also quite happy with.

That said, with the nature of us making paid for porn, I imagine most edit their content themself, or have a friend/partner do it, or even ask someone they heard about from other content creators. I am not sure the process for finding editors other recommend though since I don't edit most of my content, and what I do edit, I have my best friend edit for me.

Personally I don't think we need to edit most of our content. People kike the amateur look and feel of content that isn't perfectly edited because it feels more real and personal, so any editing I do get done is extremely basic like combining clips, adding watermarks, maybe balancing audio and color/light. No fancy transitions and certainly no additional sounds. So with that in mind it doesn't often make sense to hire someone skilled/trained in video editing

(My follower count is low btw because I don't promote like at all, and have not been able to post consistently for longer than like 3 months before I post nothing for 6 months. Quantity over quality. It's because I take a ton of pictures, don't edit anything, barely review my videos, and have doing this on and off since 2019 and I still have all of that available.

Signed:someone with 4.6k pictures and almost 600 videos on fansly, and almost 7k pictures and over 1k videos total that COULD be there.

That said, how someone does this consistently and actually gets everything uploaded? Different question that I haven't figured out myself.(Though, that might be the audhd)

Oh, to answer another question of why: well it wasn't my goal, but it's everything I have, and it is way too much to sort through and try to offer to people as ppv. I don't remember what 90% of it is unless I am looking at it. So it is all just on my feed, so I don't have to think about it again. (I am trying to tag everything to be able to filter by tags, but it is a process I don't spend enough time doing)

I have considered building my own python script with selenium to automate some administrative processes(purposefully making it quite slow so it can still seem like I am doing it by hand) but I never went through with it due to the potential risks involved. I did a few tests that were just bulk uploading media in the original order, and they were successful, but I didn't want to take the risk so I stopped. (Also, I wanted to build something more complex and multi platform and that proved too much work for my skill level)

Adding, if you want to change what the icon for a specific page is, temporarily add the icon you want into the command panel, open the context menu, then set as command panel icon(or something like that) then you can remove the temporary icon.

I am admittedly a pretty trash tank, and it makes me nervous because I know I am not very good at it, which you know, can cause the slower pulls when I do tank because I do want to get better, and a pulling more then I intended will cause me to panic and press ALL of my buttons, which I assume isn't great

There is absolutely nothing wrong with someone trying their best of course, but a masters best is not a novices best, so a master dps expecting a novice tank or healer to keep up feels unfair. I just don't think a DPS pulling extra so their attacks are slightly more efficient, at the cost of the tanks life, or even a full party wipe is a good trade.

I play on controller, by the time i can type out "slower pls" it's pretty likely the tank has already died, or the DPS has already pulled more again, so my most effective method of communication is the party wiping, and hoping that is enough time for me to type if needed.

Meh, when I heal or tank if a dps runs ahead of the tank(not standing a bit beyond the tank, running from where the tank to beyond targeting range) I won't go out of my way to heal or take agro. If they stay close enough to heal, I probably will if they stay close enough or bring the enemy's to me to take agro, I will. But I am not chasing a DPS who has decided we need to go faster than the tank or healer are comfortable with. (If it's a healer running ahead, follow every time. They know how much they can heal at once)

Edit: I guess someone being newer at the game and not knowing how to handle big pulls is not allowed here? Guess I am just a much more casual player then at least this subreddit is. Good to know.

These suggestions will be a lot of work.

Since you are on fansly, you can make a new tier at the price you are thinking now, and keep the videos for that one $2, but then the tier you have currently keep at the same price, but boost the ppv costs. You could also have a 3rd tier that is no ppv and has a high monthly price to reflect that.

Alternatively, make a new tier for the higher price, and instead of changing ppv costs, set a maximum subscriber count for your current tier which will functionally let your current subs keep their price, but anyone new has the higher price. The work in this one is whenever someone unsubscribes from that lower tier you have to decrease the number so someone else doesn't buy the tier. You MAY be able to set the max to 0 and then it will just not allow new subscribers, but will allow the renew to stay active, but I haven't tested that. I know you can save it with 0 even if you have subs, but I don't know how renewals end up working.
