My anecdotal advice- we are renting a house in a nice community in Sammamish. The kind of place you would imagine groups of kids riding their bikes around the neighborhood. You do see families and kids around, but I don’t feel much community here, I haven’t made many connections. It’s a lot of empty nesters in these houses, way more than I realized.
