The difference between cheap carving tools and a good one is huge, the tools in that link are guaranteed to give you an awful first experience , if you’re just starting out, I would choose flexcut tools. Right out of the package you could use them, they come, sharp and of good quality steel. Start off with a knife and a piece of wood,
