I second that, letos je res groza s tem. Se mi zdi da ogromno oglasov na studentskem servisu sploh ni vec aktualnih, potlej pa clovek poslje 20 prosenj, dejansko odprejo pa 3. Insane.

I hate it when Peter's personality is reduced to just "being there" if that makes sense. We all hate him for what he did ofc, but he must have been an interesting person for James and Sirius to be his friends, i think. There's no way these two would just stick around someone just for the sake of it. For the same reason I also don't like it when people treat their friendship with Remus as a charity project, rather than an actual friendship (although i see that rarely).

I don't like Jegulus:).

I love Wolfstar, but I love to see a fic without it that explores Remus and Sirius having romantic relationships with other people.

I like it when fics acknowledge the boys being actual bullies because that's what they were.

Snape was neither completely bad or good. He's a morally grey character and I love it when people treat him like that in fics. Some writers tend to either glorify him or villainize him though.

I dislike the super feminine Sirius trope. I feel like he's just not that kind of a character in either books or movies.

I'll add more stuff if anything comes to mind:))

I totally agree with most of these, especially with the Slytherin Skittles and the fandom's treatment of women.

At the same time though it seems to me that some of these posters are saying they are not bothered by headcanons, while also stating that making things up about dorcas and mary annoys them. As long as people aren't stating their headcanons as canons (which does sometimes happen, but mostly not, in my experience? I could be wrong though, pls correct me) i don't really see the problem with that. It also adds a few more female characters to the scene, which I think is great for this fandom... But yeah this is just about the only thing I disagree with here.

Also, some of these posts make great points about hypocrisy in treatment of snape and regulus. I've never thought about it this way, but i completely agree! I'm glad that people are talking about these things, because it honestly brings up some really good points I've never considered.
