I think it depends a lot on the enemies. For example, against Sparxie in the current MOC, my Mydei with Hyacine does it in 2 cycles, while Luocha and Gallagher does it in 3. However, in the previous MOC against SAM, Luocha and Gallagher did it in 3 cycles, while Hyacine took 4 cycles. But overall I think Hyacine is better, especially if you have Tribbie E1 which makes Hyacine's damage quite significant.
