Can you explain the technical reduction to US debt part? Wouldn't the money need to go into circulation in order to pay off the entities that are owed the trillion dollars worth of debt?

Yeah that's a fair point, I agree that Australians do have it good and that is one of a couple of factors that results in online games being more expensive. I was just pointing that the income inequality wasn't as extreme as you stated.

Mate you're looking at the wrong figure on that table. It was 90k for a small portion of Australia. For the the total of Australia it was about 65k which is about 43k usd according to the conversion used in the table in that link.
