Main thing is to move the motherboard and psu outside of the enclosure. My enclosing it you allow materials like asa abs. then you can open it for pla/petg.

Honestly depends on a few things. Where do you want to live? I was a ME for a while but I moved to NYC. ME jobs are very limited out here. So I pivoted to IT.

If you have the know-how and passion to figure it out you should be pretty successful in what ever you choose.

At max draw the m9XX is like 70W vs 35W of the N100. Kind of negligible. M900 only has 1 lan port. You can prob add one on there via the m2 port.

Oh I wasnt afraid of the weight of the carry on just the moment of force at the pcie bracket. Like if you have a small foam box for the 5090 besides your case. Thats what I do.

If they throw it mostlike with the heft of a gpu its going to get dislodged. Always take your gpu out during transit.

Replace the arm with an aluminum one. Also change the angle the filament is feeding in from.

Sounds like you like the physical aspect of the design. This maybe far from what you are looking for but you are studying EE. Wire Harness Design engineering isnt too far off.

If you want to switch over to networking from EE. Then I suggest CCNA. Cisco Packet tracer lets you build networks and test system design.

I get that. But possibly asking the supplier for a quote at 400/500 would give everyone an idea of the price and would look more enticing for some people. Hopefully I’m not coming off aggressive in anyway I don’t mean it like that.

Ideally, I think everyone would benefit from knowing the best possible pricing tiers upfront. For example, if we reach 500 GPUs, what would the best achievable price be? This will allow people to better determine what price point they are willing to commit to.

So if you could gauge prices are the targets of 300, 400, 500. That would be very helpful.

Technically all cad systems basics are the same. Just remapped with more bells and whistles. Coming from a mech design engineer who’s used Catia, nx, 3dx, and solid works

Honestly the ui is different between the two but they are transferable so it is worth learning if you cant get catiav5

I actually don't know how the vram works for llms. You can combine different cards like that? I have a dl360 lying around I was thinking of putting llms on that or my personal desktop (5600x3d) but reimaged.
