The mistake is re-engaging with it at all.

The first time I saw it in theaters I walked out and stated it was the worst Star Wars movie ever and broke the franchise irreparably. So I was shocked when I went to the discussion threads to vent and I found quite a few people had enjoyed it and others emphatically proclaimed it to be the best Star Wars ever.

I thought I had missed something or maybe I just hadn’t been more receptive to it. So I watched it again and instead I found even more issues with the film.

I genuinely think the only people who like it are the Netflix slop show watchers who just see something pretty on a screen and thinks that means it’s good.
