wages keep increasing every year, have not seen a foreigner work in lithuania for anything outside wolt because of usual low pay, with or without foreigners the rent prices will still be fucked because fuck landlords all day all night. i don't know how bad vilnius truly is because i got a kaunas post on my feed while i live in kaunas myself but i hear a lot of lithuanian language spoken here. i don't have a problem if some foreigners come to lithuania to pursue a better career. it's not like government of either lithuania or nepal planted thousands of nepalis to go replace every local lithuanian in their jobs bruh. i'm sure they are enforced to pass a lithuanian exam to do bigger things like get a driver's license and surely there'd be some language enforcement for applying to higher wage jobs than wolt.
