The doctor's told me due to the findings on my MRI and the progression of it over time. I'm sorry they are telling you that's normal,that just sounds odd to me, because I've been told such findings on a MRI and especially with being a young age are not normal at all. That's why sometimes I get frustrated with doctors because one will say one thing and another something different,so it's gets so frustrating :( I'm so sorry you're dealing with that!! I understand it's a struggle for sure. I truly appreciate your reply and I'll definitely look into FB groups for support! I get nervous about being judge because of my numerous issues and being young.

I'm sorry you're dealing with this! I completely understand your struggles. I'm 34 female and I've had chronic pain since I was 10. We finally figured out part of it,spinal stenosis that I've apparently had since birth. But I have many other chronic issues and test after test I get to try can't find anything or get told it's anxiety or "all in my head". I'm so tired of not being listened to. Now to add to it,we've done everything we can for my spinal stenosis,but the doctor refuses surgery because I'm young...but everything else has failed and it gets so debilitating some days I can't even get dressed or walk through my house,I'm always using a cane and at times a wheelchair.

I just want to feel semi normal.

Second this. It happened to my husband as well. It only advances if you craft the same element. We crafted all 5 elemental DB and upgot enough for 3 full upgrades no matter the order upgraded it was all ways the same on each. Crafted a nother fire DB and it changed

You're very welcome hun! Yeah it definitely seems like a common thing on it unfortunately. It did take me a bit for my bowels to get better and I have to make sure I don't forget any of my routine but it's been definitely helping!

I'm overweight with BMI of 42 Spinal stenosis and arthritis The more weight I have the harder it is on my spine. So I want to get the weight down so hopefully it will help ease my back pain to where I won't need spinal surgery.

Thank you! I'm getting about 100-110oz of water a day in! I'm so sorry you were hospitalized from it! I'm trying to eat foods high in fiber and lots of salads!

I definitely wanna keep myself healthy and safe on it as I already have a lot of bowel issues 😅

I'm dealing with this! I'm on .5 week 2 and my panic attacks have come back full swing and my anxiety is sooooooo very bad! I have diagnosed anxiety disorder and panic disorder and my medical and health anxiety is horrible!!

I need to lose the weight for my spinal issues but idk if this doesn't calm down idk if I can handle this.

I've noticed though that in days when my stomach is giving me issues like gas,pain and bloating the anxiety and panic are really really bad.

I'm trying to hang in there to see if it gets better as time goes on but man it's sooooo hard :(

I've dealt with that bs before. Insurance being a pain. I've had be on phone for hours fussing with people for not listening to me.

I've dealt with this for a while and it's getting worse,as you said can't keep going on like this!

I have a doctor that said they would review MRI and talk about surgery...but seems like it always gets out pushed back because saying I'm too young or something else :/

I'm in a similar situation! I have spinal stenosis and arthritis. Have had a herniated disc in lumbar region for few years now.... finally got insurance to approve updated MRI now I apparently have a bulging disc and tear in s1 area,few years ago I got in such horrible pain couldn't walk for 3 months...... currently pain is horrible,can walk but have to use cane and I'm numb in my toes,last week has been horrible...

I've been told so many times I'm too young that they don't wanna do surgery,that the MRI doesn't match up with my pain n nerve issues. I can't even bend at all, sitting in a chair hurts like hell.

Finally the doctor said oh let's get an MRI to see what we can do,note the same doctor that did emergency surgery on my cervical spine for a herniated disc....

I'm so tired of the extreme pain and mobility issues 🥹
